Sercotel Hotel Parque

Perfect hotel location for the main town centre and the bus services for getting around the island. The hotel room (315) was really spacious and clean, it had clean comfy twin beds and a lovely big bathroom and shower. There was fridge which was really good for our medication and for our water. There was a large desk/table and a large wardrobe in the room with 8 fixed hangers, some shelves and a safe that unfortunately didnt work. My only critism with the room and its a minor one is there was no other storage. I would have liked some hooks, (It rained whilst we visited) and we had no where to hang out wet coats There was no kettle for our room so we asked for one. We could then have our own tea and coffee in the mornings. We had a balcony, but the iew was out into a side street and facing another very tall building so we hardly used it. Also it was very slim and high walled. It would not have fitted any seating on it and there wouldnt have fitted, also the air con was very good so not needed. I saw mosquitos on the net curtains so in warmer weather I wouldnt have wanted it open anyway. In any future visits I wouldnt book a room with a balcony in Gran Canaria. The breakfast was not included in our booking. Be we went to the restaurant everyday. There is a really good choice of food, its buffet style, tastes fantastic and really well presented. Although this is €9 per peson. That said it is not cheap to eat in Laspalmas anyway.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was cleaned daily. Very convenient to the Triana shopping and dining neighborhood!

Room very stuffy No kettle or facilities to make a cuppa Hotel unable to respond to messages on Expedia so couldn’t organise parking .. already parked in car park nearby when they say actually there’s a parking space .. would have been good to know beforehand (they say email as Expedia messages don’t work) Staff pleasant just shame the room felt stuffy and no way to control the air flow The tv channels didn’t work at all either

Well located hotel. Transport links to different areas in GC. Breakfast was OK. Selection of hot and cold food. Fruits and dessert options available.

Clean room, comfy bed but most of all, friendly and helpful staff.

Quick easy check in rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about. Would certainly use this hotel again as it provided a quality cost effective stay.

Clean room, walkable to shop, parking on the street behind hotel

Clean, centrally located hotel in the historic part of town. Only critique would be to advise clients to put the notification on the door to clean the room, aside from this I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great value for money.

I’ve stayed here before. Everything was very good. However!!! This time I ended up In a third room as the first one the shower was full of long hairs. Changed room.Second room the safety deposit box was broken. Third room fine. This took a long time to arrange as there was the poor lady on reception checking people in,answering queries etc Staff are very friendly BUT the cleaner needed to clean. Not impressed. Breakfast excellent No problem with staff as they were professional albeit the cleaner who did not do their job.

Facing a beautiful park, and across from the bus station. Main shopping street one block further on.

The staff were exceptionally nice. The location could not have been better - access to all buses across the street, shopping and restaurants.

This is a centrally located very sleekly( not gaudy) decorated and well run hotel in the heart of Las Palmas. Nothing flashy. Just cool.

Fantastic hotel. Spotless room, great bathroom with amazing shower. The excellent buffet breakfast up on the 6th floor overlooking the park and the ocean was particularly wonderful. Right next to San Telmo bus station, if you're getting the bus to our from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.
