Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Valencia. Let them know we would be arriving before standard check in time and we asked if we could store our bags. Instead we arrived in Valencia to a message saying our room was ready which was appreciated.
Check in instructions were clear, they have a lift which is useful when you are checking in and leaving.
Apartment was very spacious and clear. Extra bedding and towels were provided.
Location is great, easily walk into old town or head to station/underground.
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here if we returned to Valencia.

It's in an excellent location, and the room is spacious and modern. Bed is comfortable. The only negative is that it's a "non-contact" hotel, so no live reception, and you have to rely on electronic communications. It worked out fine though.

The room is fairly big, with a microwave, stove top and mini kitchen, a couch and a desk. Could easily sleep 3-4
Check in is fully online and key code. Very convenience if that’s what you prefer.
The room is not very clean. Lots of dust and stains.
Noise isolation is non existence. We could hear people upstairs walking, talking. When they used the shower in the morning, the sound of water running was so low, it woke us up.

The apartment is in a fantastic location and the check-in process was seamless. However, since we were a group of three, we used the pull-out sofa bed and found the mattress to be quite uncomfortable. Improving the mattress would make this a perfect stay!

Location, location, location. Wonderful set up. Big comfy King Bed. Grocery shop next door like 50 feet away for your fresh baguettes, olives and freshly squeezed oranges you do yourself for 5 Euros. The patio is shared by 2 flats but no one was next to us so we went into the hallway to access the patio twice.

Overall our stay was fine, except that the shower did not drain properly making showering uncomfortable. Also it would have been nice to provide more shower gel and shampoo than the 4 tiny bottles to share for 3 nights
