Room was great, next to the pool, close to the beach. Breakfast was extensive with lots of veg/vegan options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of dining and shopping options and the area is walkable. I'd stay here again.

The staff at Jetwing Blue are fantastic. So welcoming and obliging. The property is a little on the dated side but key amenities such as toilets, bathroom and electrical connections plus wifi all worked well. Rooms are spacious with views of the ocean. The catamaran rides are fun and the Dutch canal boat tour is much worthwhile. A slight disappointment was quality of the food, in both hotels and restaurants in Negombo. Transportation, however, works well and we didn't get ripped off. A visit to Club Ceylon for dinner is worthwhile too but avoid Black Coral in Jetwing Beach.

Bit old looking room .
The bathroom definitely need bit more uodate.
Feel loke going to old building . The blinds in the bath room need upgrade.
Furniture could have been arranged bit more practical .
Lot of space wasted.
View is amazing and rekaxing . Staff are extremely helpful and professional.
Food was nice and variety options they had .
View to the sea is exclusive to this hotel.
We had two days relaxing time and all needs of ours were met .

The hotel’s position was excellent on the beach and the staff were lovely. The downsides were the terrible mattresses in the rooms and the small of mould. Food was good. The gym, shared with Jetwing Beach, was out of the ark or at least the 1980s.

It was my second stay, 12 days after 7 days last year. I’ll probably go and stay again. Last year it was part of a 3 week stay in Sri Lanka, my first visit. This year, I stayed put.
Nice sunsets. Friendly, nice hotel staff. Large, comfortable rooms.

The hotel location is good, the pool is very nice and view of the beech is great. The breakfast has very good selection. The room needs updating. Our room the safe was replaced as it was not working, the floor in the room needed cleaning, the drawers knob came off. The other room the front light was not working. Although issues were attended too.

Check-in was really slow, one room not ready. The rooms smelt of mould/damp my husband could not sleep all night, walls and doors very hollow could hear everything so I couldn't sleep. Overall experience very bad and thank god it was only for a night!!!!

Booked a triple room. They had to put in the extra bed. Tried to charge us for it but we insisted we had already paid for it. They finally let us have it for no extra cost.
