Nordic Light Hotel

Yes, my son’s room was upgraded as an Expedia VIP and he very much enjoyed the breakfast. Next time when we travel to visit him we’ll stay at this hotel. Wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a fantastic hotel. Amazing staff who could not do enough for you. Great location and comfy rooms as well as tasty buffet style breakfast. We will be back.

1. Housekeeping was poor. Nobody seemed to work before 10am (cleaning rooms) and when the room was eventually cleaned late in the afternoon there was always something wrong (missing towels, amenties not refreshed….). We also had holes in the pillowcases! 2. Staff were very varied, in terms of professionalism. We had breakfast staff who were more interested in making coffee’s for each other and having a laugh (with AirPods in!). We were also told that the coffee machine in the public bar was for ‘staff only’ - meanwhile the paying customers have the horrible filter stuff! Nobody clearing tables. The ‘hot’ food was tepid and greasy. Reception staff were equally varied. At breakfast yesterday (4th Jan 7am) we watched the lady on reception (also sat with an AirPod in) apathetically deal with arrivals/departures. Other staff were great…..just seems that there’s no consistency of training.

The front desk staff were above and beyond helpful and kind. The lobby and bar area were comfortable and stylish. And the Swedish breakfast buffet was top notch.

The best location and we will definitely stay there again. Close to everything and don’t bother about uber the train station is literally in front of it. Staff and breakfast were amazing!

Very friendly and well designed rooms

Spending the Christmas holiday with my son at the Nordic Hotel was perfect! The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and the hotel location was ideal. What impressed me the most was the food. Breakfast was delicious and so was the dinner menu. We will definitely return.

Amazing location both for ease of getting from airport and walking into Stockholm venues. Clean hotel, friendly staff and good choice at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again as keen to revisit Stockholm.

Great breakfast with plenty options and healthy/fresh ingredient. Staff are very friendly and the location is next to the AirPort Express. Easy walk to most sightseeing locations The only con: water does go down slow at the sink in my room.

Clean room, helpful staff and good breakfast spread

The room was clean, cool, and quiet. However, the reception area was smalll, and understaffed. The breakfast was ok, and there is no room service available.

Very lively hotel, very clean room and bathroom.outstanding breakfast with great selections Swedish foods. Prime location if you travel to and from airport , by train. Accommodating and nice staff. Highly recommended
