The hotel has great, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. What lets it down is how tired a lot of the property looks, and it brings down the overall user experience. Food is good, great selection for breakfast too.

The people were all great, quick check-in, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included which was limited in choice compared to my past experience several years ago but you could still have a hearty breakfast. The location is very handy for the centre of town, indeed you can walk to most places very easily and quickly. My only gripe with my room on the third floor was how tired and worn the room and furniture were.

I first got a room that was so warm that I was drenched in sweat at midnight in my room with the window open. The bathroom floor heating was turned up to max and the button to control it broken off.
After arguing I got another room that was equally as warm.
The third time I said it's impossible for me to sleep there he got me an "upgrade" to a double room that has not been heated by the sun all day.
That room had blood on the bed sheet, the TV hung crooked from the wall and didn't work.
None of the rooms had AC obviously.
How is this a four star hotel? It was closer to a motel with generally broken and unclean rooms.
It was too late for me to find another hotel. Otherwise I would've from the beginning.

Fint rum, trevlig personal, bra frukost och enkelt parkera runt hörnet på hotellet. Tråkigt att inte badet på hotellet, som var på bild, var igång. Delar av hotellet var rätt slitet. Och inte mycket att göra för barnen tyvärr. Inget lekrum.
