It's the first time I encounter such a hotel:
1. We ordered a room for 4 person, but they prepared only 3 bed clothes. So we called the reception, and the answer is: we will try to find one set more, but I am not sure can find one, if we can not find one, sorry. 😂
2. We ask them to clean the room, they replied: cleaner is sick, sorry. So, they didn't clean the room during our staying (4 nights)
3. The bed is very soft as it's a sofa bed. When you move, you can hear the noise of springs.
4. No heating on the floor of bathroom.
5. The breakfast is good 👍
6. Parking is free
7. Close to the river, good view.

Took advantage of a mistaken reservation done by my son at eight pm their local time. they were contacted twenty minutes later and decided they would not refund the money they did not earn. i write this so you can decide wether you want to do business with a hotel that will take advantage and take your money without any service if they could.

Really scenic location with spacious rooms. The pullout couch is not quite big enough for 2 adults though.

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff were eager to help at all times, the property was immaculate at all times, and the rooms were beautifully modern. I could not rate this property higher.
The staff also allowed us to store our luggage post checkout until we were ready to leave for our flight.

Beautiful location with convenient free boar cruising to downtown every hour and a half during warm season. Food in hotel restaurant a bit pricy. Hotel staff not experienced with international hospitality level. Overall good deal for a buck!

We had an excellent stay at Dockyard Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room nice and comfortable. Even the gluten-free bread tasted good at breakfast. Exactly what we needed for our Bruce Springsteen concert visit. Gothenburg showed itself at it best for my partner’s first visit to Sweden. We are glad we decided to stay a bit outside the town centre.

When we checked in we were told our room was in another building, and this worried us. We had to go back outside to their annex, but these rooms were AMAZING! Bathroom is on the entry level, four steps up is a living room with a couch and coffee table and tv, upstairs is a bedroom loft. The views were lovely. It felt wonderful to have so much room in Europe! Air conditioning would be such a help, but I know this isn't common in Europe. Breakfast was also quite a spread! The only issue we ran into was that the deadbolt lock on our door wasn't working, but we still felt safe as entry to the building was only for guests of that specific building. The dockyard area was very very quiet, and it was fun to watch the ferries and ships go by. It was a bit of a drive back to places to eat (there is a restaurant on premises but I'm picky and didn't like the offering), but parking at the hotel was FREE when you provide your license plate. We would definitely return.
