Stannade en natt här pga sporttävling i närheten. Väldigt mycket över förväntan! Visst, det är en folkhögskola och det känns som det också men fina, funktionella rum och tillgång till ett fräscht, fullt utrustat kök var perfekt för oss som behövde preppa lunch till nästkommande dag. Vi han inte med att äta frukost men våra vänner som gjorde det sa att den var väldigt bra så synd att vi missade den.

The receptionist was SO friendly and serviceminded. She saw I loved the house and took me upstairs so I could see a magnificent room.
The breakfast was fantastic and so many things to choose from. All the food and drink was freshly made.
The surroundings outside is beautiful and special.
We stayed at the hostel. A great bed and everything was nice and clean. All was quiet and I had a truely great nights sleep.
What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it, just a 15 minutes drive to the city.

Fantastiskt ställe på toppen av ett litet berg omgiven av en vacker parkmiljö. Själva huvudbyggnaden är ett 1800-tals mansion i trä med massor av vackra detaljer.
I själva annexet med gästrummen är det modern standard.
Mycket fin frukost med massor av valmöjligheter, bl.a. hembakat bröd, våfflor.och havregrynsgröt.
Lätt att ta sig till Göteborg, promenadavstånd till buss som går varje kvart och tar c:a 15 minuter.
Enda minus är att dubbelsängarna är något smala, samt att det saknas AC.

Fin miljö, jättefräscht och rent, sköna sängar. Härlig miljö i huvudbyggnaden. Till frukosten saknade vi varma rätter som bacon, korv, äggröra och köttbullar. Juicen var inte kyld.

Trodde jag skulle bo på en herrgård utifrån bilderna på hotellet, istället hänvisas man till enklare boende (hostel) som ligger i en byggnad 500m längre bort vilket var en liten besvikelse.
Området är väldigt fint och priset var helt okej.
Personalen var mycket trevliga.

Läget är kanon! Ca 22 minuter buss ifrån centrum. X4. Härlig natur runt om. Typ 4-5 min promenad till närmaste pizzeria. Då går man förbi en liten sjö, beachvolleyboll plan och fotbollsplan. Lidl precis bredvid.
Stort fint allrum med piano och gott om sittplats. Jag är ALLTID nöjd när jag bor där

While I absolutely enjoyed my stay and the morning breakfast was fantastic, I’m giving an average rating due to a communication issue during my one-night visit. I was told I would receive an email with a code to access a key for my late-night arrival, but I never got it. As a result, I ended up sitting on a couch the entire night, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, a kind guest noticed me outside and let me in at 3:00 AM. Aside from that, the place was clean and decent—nothing particularly bad, just an average experience overall.

Not the property in the photos! The main building is NOT where you will be staying. Instead there are several dormitory style buildings around the property. There are students staying there as well and they tend to arrive late and noisily. Breakfast doesn’t start u til 8 am so if you are leaving early you are out of luck. Limited public transport options in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but wish they would have been more upfront about the accommodation type.

Ive visited many times Sweden cause i’m half Swedish myself but this place is absolutely amazing especially if you love nature. I would recommend visiting Göteborg and staying here because it’s close to the city and same time absolutely stunning area to half a walk or just sit outside and have a coffee! 11/10
