This hotel was the most interesting place I’ve stayed at. The decor was so funky in the best way. We loved our room, and the views of Mt Pilatus were fantastic. Everybody was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was our favorite from our trip. We stayed at 3 different hotels across Italy and Switzerland, but this one had the best breakfast! Overall, 10/10!

Close to the train station, buses stopped right beside the hotel. It was very easy to get anywhere in the city. Hotel was beautiful and the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

Beautiful place to spend time in Lucurne, walking distance from the train station or 2 bus stops with luggage. Great room with a free upgrade for us (thank you)! staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the photo booth. The only thing I would change was adding a mini fridge in the room but visiting in winter we just left our drinks on the balcony to keep cold :)

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Our only minor complaint was that it was the exact same spread for breakfast every morning and it got boring/old very quickly.

Hotel was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful for things to do in Lucerne. Breakfast was delicious and is a must if you are staying here. Restaurant and bar at night is also a really cool vibe with an open fire place.

It’s a very nice hotel, room is clean and location is also near Bahnhof. Also walking distance to Lucerne lake, very nice view from room windows. Breakfast is also great and I think over the past days of other hotel stays, this is best hotel breakfast spread we have here. Also got free Photo Booth for you to have fun pictures taken. Hotel toilet very funky.
