Great location and reasonably priced for Zurich!
The staff were very friendly.
The rooms were a little dated but very clean. Free soft drinks in the mini bar and the coffee machine were a nice touch.
We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.
Would recommend 😀

L'hôtel est situé à proximité des transports en commun, ce qui est pratique car il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurant autour, sauf le restaurant du Stoller ue nous n'avons pas vraiment apprécié.

The hotel room was one of the smallest size for a double bed. And it was not inexpensive! Had really difficult time finding space for two luggages and two people walking around each other was quite challenging. The internet quality on the 4th floor was awful.
The staff were generally helpful although they were not quite helpful with respect to internet. The hotel location was excellent with access to public transportation

Older hotel about 15mins tram ride to old town. Air conditioning not up to Australian/American standards - in 35C heat room only cooled 3C below so really not much respite from hot weather.

This hotel does not have air conditioning. They wouldn't refund me even though I went to check out less than an hour from checking into a room different from what i paid for. Expedia went ahead and assisted them stealing from me.

It was clean, staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly.
My 3• was for a very tiny room, it was very cumbersome to use the bathroom sink, my head touched the overhead cabinet, when I bent my neck to brush my teeth.
The ac minimally cooled at maximum.
Was not a busy street.
