깨끗하고 침구가 너무 편안했어요~ 엘리베이터로 가는 길에 계단이 몇 개 있었는데 친절하게 짐가방을 옮겨주셨습니다. 추가금 내고 흔쾌히 업그레이드 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 또 올게요!

All around fantastic stay coming from an American

Hotel is close to city centre. You can walk or use to transportation easily. Room was clean but very small. Also, Resting room is very small and too close to bed. Resting room’s door wouldnt close completely.

Great location and great staff

Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful Great location close to supermarket and train station Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Air conditioning in room didn’t work but front desk provided a fan which helped tremendously Bathroom sink was small and drained very slowly, slow shower pressure, yellow fluid under the toilet seat, guessing left over urine that wasn’t cleaned?!? Complimentary drinks in the mini bar def a plus.

Não gostei do quarto ser de janelas para a rua pois o barulho dos trans passando além dos automóveis não nos deixaram repousar o necessário para obter sono tranquilo. Então a posição ímpar do quarto não foi tão boa quanto foi a par. No mais essa segunda temporada no hotel Stoller foi igual. Café da manhã bom e gostoso. Localizacao do hotel etc. também tivemos o hotel mais cheio dessa vez.

Hotel Stoller is a fine place, reasonably priced option. Clean and normal-sized room, nice shower. Very good breakfast options and various other coffee shops and cafes nearby. The tram system- the main way most people travel around Zurich- has several stops right outside the hotel which is very convenient; it's about a 10 minute ride to the main train station and center of town/old town. A good option for Zurich.

The hotel is conveniently located near Zurich’s main train station, which is ideal if you’re arriving from another city, and it’s also about 10–15 minutes from most major attractions. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but there were a few significant issues during our stay: - Ants in the room: We noticed a considerable number of ants appearing sporadically throughout our stay. At first, we assumed it might be due to having the balcony door open, but the issue persisted even after the room was cleaned. I also mentioned this in feedback via Expedia, and while I was told it would be forwarded to management, we never received any follow-up. - Room temperature: The room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. Despite following the front desk’s instructions—turning off the heating and using the air conditioning—it still felt extremely warm. We were hesitant to leave the window open because of the ants. - Service: The staff were not particularly welcoming for a 4-star hotel. While I don’t like to focus on this aspect, I would expect a more engaged and friendly response when greeting staff or asking questions, but this was generally lacking. Overall, while the location is very convenient, I would likely choose a different hotel in the future due to these issues.

Bon séjour mais , pas de personnel parlant français, un accueil donc quelconque et une chambre bien petite pour le prix. Rien d'extraordinaire somme toute.

Foi muito bom está em Zurique no Stollen. Fácil para circular por toda a cidade . Recomendo!

La chambre était très confortable et propre. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du tram. Il faut payer le parking (ce qui est tout à fait normal), mais attention il y a peu de places. Dans l’ensemble, tout s’est très bien passé lors de notre séjour, on recommande fortement cet hôtel !

Stayed at the hotel for a night, the staff were so kind and friendly! We had the comfort double room, perfect size for two, everything was clean and tidy. No complaints at all, thank you!

Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto bem limpo. Produtos no frigobar grátis. Boa localização, transporte público, restaurantes, supermercado próximo. Ficamos 4 noites, Ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Excellent..Breakfast..restaurant gourmet style..you will truly love 100% clean room...housekeepers are A+ Staff A+++ Air conditioning system in Switzerland different system than America..but very comfortable

Tudo excelente! Praticamente na porta passam diversos transportes que te levam facilmente para todos os lados. Ponto negativo para nós, brasileiros, é que o preço do café da manhã é um abuso! Mas na frente tem um mercado com várias opções para substituir o café da manhã e no quarto tem uma máquina do tipo Nespresso.
