I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish.
The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent.
The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zürich. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel. Breakfast could have been better with a bit more variety. Room was good. Housekeeping could have been better. Slow to respond and cleaning of the rooms wasn't that good.

Nice modern hotel 10-15 min by tram 4 from Zurich HB. The continental breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly. Our king bed room was quite spacious, comfortable, nice TV, plenty of outlets, mini fridge, shower, decent size tub. Oh and the room had remote control outdoor opaque windows shades which was pretty new. The floors were slightly scuffed but not a big deal. Quiet on our floor. I would stay here again if I was in Zurich.
