Views, food, drinks, hiking and mountain biking is all stunning. I’m sure in the winter the snow sports are great as well. Absolutely would pick this over any of the other resorts in the area. The sauna is fabulous as well!

Room was quiet, has a nice view of pine trees a false sense of serene since it is facing the street not the slopes. Stayed in RM # 813, which is the first floor with peekaboo views of the mountains. Towels were old and room service did not leave enough coffee cartridges daily, had to call for additional. The free minibar was stocked only with two bottles of water, two apple juices and two cola, it was the exact same thing daily, we stayed for 4 nights and the front desk said that is their standard :(. Could have been more enjoyable if the hotel was more customer friendly.

Generally speaking we had a short but nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located and is quite a big resort.

The pictures can be a bit misleading, depending on which building you‘re staying in. There‘s newer buildings as well as older ones. We were staying in an „older“ building, which was still nice and in good shape, however we felt like it was a bit noisy.
Even though we just spent a night as a couple I believe a family, would enjoy the hotel. There‘s a lot of activities for kids and the wellness area for the parents is great too.

Very friendly and attentively staff. I loved the furnishing of the rooms, kind of alpine style. Unfortunately there was no Conditioner, no cotton wool and no cotton swabs offered in the bath room. I think this is a pain for a four star plus hotel......

Excellent family hotel with very friendly staff. Very quick service, as well as good food at restaurant. Good full day childcare. Main building where we stayed not as new as appears on their spiffing webpage, but still high quality and clean.
Nearest interesting city is Chur, mountain lift to Rothorn (ca 2800 meter) nearby.

Last minute booking on route, chosen for its high guest rating. Thomas the owner waited up for our arrival at 01:30am,an instantly likeable fella! He directed me to drive into the secure underground carpark, took all our bags to the room ahead of us and then fetched me a draught beer. Super room, free mini bar and being on top floor with balcony, the vista we woke to was outstanding. Great breakfast buffet then picked up the free cable car passes from reception and checked out. Our stay was short and sweet but left a lasting memory. Thank you for your hospitality, the O'Neill family.
