A lovely and homely B&B run by 2 families with their kids. The cute kids help to take orders and clean up and it really feels like a home away from home. The rooms are very spacious and the shower is very nicely done up. The main Kenting street is a short bus ride away. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk and there are some nice restaurants just walking distance away. Highly recommended for a friendly and comfortable place to rest and relax.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a very nice lady who let us check in earlier than the usual time. We went into our room and the view was amazing. It faced a sunny beach with waters bluer than the sky! We couldn't ask for a better view. And at night, the sunset was beautiful from our room.
The washroom had a bathtub, a stand-in shower. The sink is outside the bathroom, which was convenient.
The lady at the reception helped us contact the scooter rental company while we unpacked our luggage. By the time we finished unpacking, the scooter was ready for us at the front desk.
The location of the hotel is extremely close to the beach. It is about a 5 minute drive on the electric scooter (max 25km/hr). To the Kenting Street night market, it is approximately a 15 min drive.

Booked the duplex sea view room and view was beautiful. The staff are very friendly and their kids are really cute. There's a washing machine (no dryer) available for use which is very helpful! Though the room is spacious, some parts of the room are starting to show signs of aging, e.g. stairs with minor cracks. Please note that there isn't any lift and the extra bed is a thin mattress instead of a rollover bed.

Nice sea view, spacious room with all necessary accessory like fridge, air conditioner, hair dryer.... Convenient location with local bus stop right in front of the motel. Great, helpful and warm-hearted staff. Delicious breakfast, different menu on my 3 days of stay here. Highly recommended!

1. The view is fantastic. Even if you book the bungalow that does NOT has sea-view, the environment is still OK
2. The staffs are helpful. They can provide you adequate information and even help you to catch the bus if available.
3. The breakfast is very sophisticated, can definitely give you a full energy throughout whole day.
4. The water pressure is low, but it's not the fault of the hotel side as the whole country is in the shortage of fresh water.
5. The ramp at the door is very steep, be cautious if you're handling your bicycle or luggage.

It was nice room with view. Owner was also nice and welcoming.
Only there was limited hot water which was not really hot for bathtub.
In the morning, we saw suddenly many ants in the part of room and on my husband's suitcase. Luckily not on other bags but we had to suitcase empty to get rid of ants.

房屋主人平易助人， 讓我們將單車鎖在地下空置房內， 免卻搬上二樓我們所住的房間。

About 10 min walk to nan wan beach (also to the closest 7-11) not as close as those B&B just a across the street, but it's ok. It happened that the TV signal went bad the whole B&B, so no TV watch is available that day. One bad luck is our room's water boiler is broken, we had to get hot water in the living room. It was a raining day we stayed, the big sofa in the balcony was all wet too, didn't seem to be useful.
