All good for the price.good location. The only downside is the bath towel very old and looks dirty.

Great hotel, a stone’s throw from the train station. Loved my room, staff were friendly. Breakfast a bit limited, but it’s thrown in. Washing machines and detergent on the ninth floor with a large terrace for drying your togs. Thanks!

The hotel is very close to the Hsinchu train station. Good location. Hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast good. Suitable staying for tranfer .

Its quality is very good in this price range.

It’s 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient. Hotel staff very friends. Hotels offer free wash and dryer which was super helpful. Walk to many restaurants. Would recommend for a quick stay!

Good performance/cost for cost sensitive people like me.

Everything was good except sometimes smelled cigarettes.

Hotel is great except that yiu can smell the smoke from other rooms because they have one air conditioning but they will transfer you right away when you request to change room. Food are good and rooms are clean.

I just like the Vicinity

I was visiting from america and this hotel was in heart of phillipine neighborhood (for most part) of Hsinchu. The breakfast wasn't all that great for me, but my gf who is filipina liked it very much so maybe it's cultural. Things were clean and staff were friendly. It helped that my gf spoke some chinese. They even redecorated my room with the balloons left in there from day one which I thought was a kind touch. No crime in taiwan so you feel safe. A/C worked well, windows open for fresh air, tv had decent channels, train station/bus station within walking distance. Bus to Big City is about 3 blocks away. Many small shops and food places all over as well as many 7/11's. Never saw any bugs or unclean linen. I would stay here again if and when I return to Hsinchu.

Very convenient location.

The Hotel was more like a roadway motel. Room door lock to be opened with a normal key, which can be copied easily. You had to close the door not by just closing the door, but press in the button at the room side and close it. This was quite uncomfortable way and feeling. The hardware inside the room needs a bit attention. As the shower had no curtain. Taking a shower means enormous wet floor although there was a bathtub. Room hairdryer didn't work. Had to ask a new one. The service of hotel personnel was quite well. Minus point is that they already call you half an hour before final check out time (12:00) whether you want to buy extra time. Probably it is the culture in Taiwan. Had it a couple of times in Japan, too. All other countries in Asia were easy going, even if you exceed an hour.

Staff and front desk employee are nice and polite, they will give you information around the area, suggestions some places to visit, restaurant to eat etc..... Thanks ...

It was ok for price.Can tell it was an older building.The staff was friendly and breakfast was great.
