Liho Hotel - Hankou

For the price it was pretty good. The room was large and my bathroom was enormous with an opening widow! The air conditioning was effective, however, noisey. There was a tea kettle, cups and tea bags and a fridge. The carpet was extremely worn and looked pretty disgusting. The bed was very comfortable and really clean. Housekeeping was great and came each day. 2 Water bottles were provided each day. I stayed for 10 days. I had arranged an airport pickup ahead of time, via email and confirmed with a call to Tin tin (the staff members name) at the hotel, however, no one was there to meet me. I took the MRT and it was fantastic, quite easy to use and local people are very helpful and friendly. I used a driver from the hotel to go back to the airport (going at a bad time for the MRT and I had shopped!) and the driver was brilliant, very quick safe and clear communications. So the hotel although pretty average due to the state of the carpet was worth the $$'s. It was about 1,700NTD through Expedia, however, I stayed another night due to an airline disruption and it was only 1,100NTD. Unfortunately, the Expedia reservation was always difficult to find on the Expedia system and although I asked for assistance I never received any. A shame because Expedia used to be a great way to book accommodation. Thanks Liho Hotel.

Only one problem for being tall the bed was very low

Room furnishing is totally bad compare to what they post. Soundproof is very poor, noise from outside can get through the room especially when outside is rained. There is water leakage from ceiling which may damage your luggage. I've got false alarm in the midnight, and there is no any declaration from staffs

First thing is the bathroom is needs to clean the shower area is dirty needs to more improve; thank you..

Near XImending area, and there are many shops near the hotel. It is convenient.

This hotel is the worst. Dirty and not what you see in the picture. Its not clean and dark. I recommend not that hotel when travel to Taiwan

Staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Hotel is looking tired and in need of a renovation. Beds were clean and is okay for a short stay in the Ximen area.

I won’t recommend this hotel because the room is stink and damp. No ventilation and windows.

Location is good but difficult to find the hotel at first. Can't see the hotel name.

Facility and service are good. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. It takes around 6-8 minutes to Mrt Ximen There is a luggage scale in the lobby so you can check your bag’s weight. That’s a good thing for me.

The place is really close to Ximending market and a lot of places to eat around. The building and the room is old but we cannot complain as the hotel price is cheap. Overall, it’s good for 1 night stay.

Check in and out was fast but no breakfast is serve

nice location, lot of shops and restaurants around, walk to ximending just 2mins or to metro just 5-10mins, recommend!

no window and noizy due to thin wall?

This hotel is about 10 min walk to Xiamen station exit 6. Is very convenient. But one thing I do not like is that the room is super dusty everyday despite opening window to let in some fresh air. Once you step in the room there is one kind of musky smell. Can hear outside noise maybe cos of thin walls. Other than that is still ok to stay. Not bad for the location. Can stay for a few days.

The place is very convenient, walking distance to the MRT XIMEN Station (Which is very central) The service is good always have a housekeeping cleaning and changing the Towel everyday.
