Very nice hotel

It's a very nicely appointed but also a very dated hotel. There are a lot of restaurants in this building so you'll get a mix of food scents in the hallways and sometimes in your room. It needs to be updated - carpeting, furniture and fixtures. The old timey physical KEY that is very cumbersome to use needs to be retired... Nice location.

Excellent service, spacious room

The hotel was centrally located and very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Did not have breakfast

Room and corridors smelt funny, windows can’t be opened. Lobby like a Sogo department store. Never available seats in lobby. Nowhere to have a quite drink. Rooms quite dated.

The hotel offers excellent service. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. It is conveniently located near an MRT station,Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, Ningxia Nigh Market.

Breakfast cost 880twd+10% pp but it was disappointing. 1) my bill was given to me while I’m eating half way, and the waiter presents the billing without saying anything. Super weird and rude. 2) food quality wasn’t good. Low quality bacon and super oily fried egg. I tired several variety and non of them are very satisfying.

Location was great & staff very friendly. Breakfast was great with good quality food & wide selections

for the price I paid, it is far below my expectation. especially the buffet, I made a reservation through your front desk two days in advance but I had to line up for 30 minutes to get to my seats, and worst of all, my seats were not made up. What a disappointment.

Great hotel, rooftop pool was lovely, gym in the basement was good but a little dated and in need of updating. Overall very good stay, but some areas were a little dark (rooms, corridors, lifts). You have to walk across the lobby and into another lift to access the basement gym.

Have been coming to property for last 15 years always looking forward , this year they acted like they didn't know me , room was subpar and way more expensive , I wasn't offered lounge access which I had looked forward too , then when I called they wanted extra $100 per day , no amenities in room , freezing cold room even without air on . King bed was 2 singles pushed together with bump in middle . Very disappointed and likely have lost me as customer

The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the room and hotel were spotless. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. We had a club room on the 19th floor and the lounge staff and experience for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening truly made our stay very comfortable. The location in Zhongshan was perfect for dept store shopping as well as shopping along the quaint lanes of Chi Feng St and Zhongshan Road.
