客房乾淨清爽，設備齊全。飯店備有免費休憩點心區以及自助餐式早餐和簡易晚餐/宵夜，對沒有交通工具的旅客來說非常方便。大眾運輸班次極少，沒有交通工具的旅客大多數狀況下只能搭計程車。因應政府環保規定客房內沒有瓶裝水，但是飲水機只有1F和2F配備，稍有不便。飯店B1F配備有免費自助洗衣機(含洗衣粉)/烘乾機，非常方便。客房內的空調器上具有LED溫度顯示器，關燈後非常亮度頗明顯。

是一間相當用心的旅大廳高挑明朗, , 房內極乾淨，設施齊全，服務也很親切。空調涼爽，讓我們在綠島回本島的第一晚睡的相當舒服，免費的洗衣自主服務, 冰冰爽爽的冰淇淋自助, 相當溫馨。早餐用於寬廣明亮的餐廳, 多樣化的食物,相當的自信. 總體來說是間品質上服務上都讓客人有好的消費感受的旅店。CP值超高，絕對值得入住。

Impressed and the reasons for rebooking this hotel : 1. Very friendly staffs. 2. Generous snack and drink counter at front foyer to provide 24 hours hot and cold drinks, cookies, pop corn, tea boiled egg etc. 3. Provides breakfast and evening meal daily without charging extra. Sometimes due to rush or overwork we were unable to catch the dinners as Taitung is a small town but we could come back V Hotel to have a complete meal ( soup, meat, veggies, fruits, desserts etc.) we were there 4 nights and never had to worry feeling hungry to go to bed. The slight draw back is the location being at the edge of the Downtown core facilities.

1.我們連續住宿2晚，早餐準備的量差一很大，第一天用餐菜量很少，都沒補餐，第二天有團體出現才看到有補滿；而且提供的濃湯太鹹，顯示整體餐品品質控制有問題。 2.敝人是開休旅車：住宿前曾致電2次詢問停車場，結果到了現場發覺車道似乎很小，所以沒有硬行進入車道改停旁邊停車場，辦理入住時再度詢問櫃檯人。員才說休旅車不適合進入，是否應該事先告知呢？ 3 因為之前入住時印象很好，此次入住覺得很多地方差異很大，以後不會再選擇這裡入住了。
