The location was excellent, staff, breakfast could not have been better. Lovely pool not that we had much time to go into it. We booked the pool View room with a balcony which was lovely. We had two balconies one over looking a temple one the pool. As a personal perverse I would rather had the simple room over looking just the pool with one balcony but you would not disappointed with ether rooms. The staff were so helpful the booking anything you wanted, ordered taxes and gave you as much information as you needed. You will love it x

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. Their breakfast options are great. Their pool has a beautiful view of a golden temple in the background. Our room was spacious and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Bestes Mittelklasse Hotel in Chiang Mai! Moderne Infrastruktur in sehr schöner Pool-Garten-Anlage, mit Ausblick auf benachbarten Tempel. Das King Zimmer ist gross, gut eingerichtet, mit bequemem Bett und grosser Dusche. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lecker und grosszügig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I was welcomed immediately and was provided a cool beverage while checking in. My room was very big and comfortable and with a lovely view of the pool. The location was very close to the Sunday Night Market, restaurants and lively nightlife, but the hotel itself was always nice and quiet. Staff available 24 hr at front desk. I would definitely stay here again upon returning to Chiang Mai.

Great place for a good price. I stayed in the older section and it was a little beat up in a few place but minor. One balcony faced street and was kind of noisy. Annie’s bar to blame. View from room of next door wat pin pang was amazing though. Staff was great. Breakfast decent.

Pros: - Super big and extremely clean rooms - The grounds were gorgeous and very well kept - Great size balcony - Staff was very helpful and made me feel welcome at times Cons: - There is no soundproofing in the hotel at all, in your room you can hear all of the street noise even hear the car engines as they drive by and my room was in the back - I was also woken up many times due to screaming neighbors as well as music on the street - No standard hotel room doors, the doors did not feel safe as it was a normal wood door where you literally used a turnlock key to get in and out - Breakfast was lacking with flavor and selection

My wife and I loved our stay here. We had a fantastic room right next to the pool, with a great design. It was m my wife’s 30th birthday and the hotel provided a complimentary cake complete with candles. The staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to return again one day.

This hotel was a wonderful property to stay at. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating with our crazy schedule. Even after we checked out, they let us come back to the hotel a couple times and leave our bags behind the desk while we explored more of Chiang Mai before we had to travel to our next destination. The room was lovely, clean, airy, and conveniently located by the pool. All of our interactions with fellow guests in the lobby/common area were lovely as well. I felt like I was staying at a bed & breakfast rather than a hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. The property is also conveniently located in the Old City, and everything was either a convenient walk or tuk tuk ride away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nawa Sheeva. The rooms were modern/Thai and tastefully decorated. The courtyard swimming pool was small but enough to cool down and relax. There was a variety in the breakfast buffet including eggs, toast, fruit, curry, rice, stirfry noodles and more. Loved the espresso machine! They were kind to pack us a take-away breakfast because of an early morning tour too :) Lastly, the staff were friendly and gave us tips on the “red truck” and how much to pay! We nearly got duped but the woman at the front desk said no more than 30 baht! We were sad to leave and look forward to returning again!

The front desk staff was amazingly helpful! They went through many options with me and helped me decide on the best things to do based on my preferences and time in Chiang Mai. Everything was easy to book and the staff gave excellent recommendations. I enjoyed many of the activities and places that they suggested I go to.

A very well positioned boutique hotel, walking distance to most things, close to bars, restaurants, and many temples etc, easy to catch a songthaew to further places. The hotel is fine, nice big room, the pool is also nice but very cold!! lol. Breakfast selection was small but very nice and finally the staff, who were brilliant, so friendly and helpful, i would recommend this hotel and would return again

The room was big, with a pleasant minimalist vibe, and felt cool in the heat. The bed was super-comfortable. The hangers for drying swim suits outside were a helpful touch. The pool is not full-length, but is still refreshing, and long enough for an adult to swim. Please note that the in-room safe is not big enough for a laptop.
