At Yaya is a great value hotel that is conveniently located next to the Lak Song MRT station. I stayed here for over a week and had no issues with staying here. The only things were minor such as lacking a hot water kettle and a microwave (which I consider extras). It is very close to a modern Shopping Mall and getting a taxi was not a problem (most of the time). The location is in an alley which makes it quiet, but made navigation for taxis an issue a couple of times. There is a parking lot which I didn’t utilize but it looked very convenient.
The room itself was nice and the service of the staff exceptional. Security was good and I felt safe with extra sets of electronically locked doors. If I had need of a hotel in the area, this would be my first choice.

Very dirty, a lot of dust, jagged, hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom is wet, dirty, black mold grows along the faucet, the shower, the water pump is loud. no hair dryer no kettle Go to ask for hot water at the counter, there is no Do not stay because look at the picture. Just tell me once.

Very little entrance Until the accommodation is not deep But if walking in is scary (late at night) but overall is ok. 2 single beds are not likely to be requested because I can't go.
