I had a great stay at Centre Point Sukhumvit 10! The location is very strategic, it’s right in the heart of Bangkok, making it super convenient to get around. You can easily walk to Terminal 21, BTS Asok, or MRT Sukhumvit stations. There are also lots of restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots nearby, so you’ll never run out of things to do.
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The room I stayed in was spacious, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a centrally located and cozy place to stay in Bangkok!

Not the most expensive but really worth the cash.
I only had one night stay as I like hotels with a sitting room but, my late arrival from an international flight didn’t justify.
Staff were class.
Gave me a 2pm check out time free of charge.
Definitely stay again.

We were staying in the newly renovated wing. The room was big enough and clean. We really like the breakfast, they had lots of options, especially coffee and tea. Swimming pool was a bit small though. We liked the shuttle bus to the main road, that was convenient.

The door staff made a great first impression—very pleasant and helpful with our luggage upon arrival. Unfortunately, the check-in experience didn’t reflect the same standard. As I approached the counter and greeted the front desk staff, there was no response. He seemed more focused on chatting with his colleagues and appeared upset. I stood quietly until he acknowledged me, but the atmosphere felt unwelcoming from the start.
Throughout the stay, I noticed inconsistencies in service that set this hotel apart from others I've experienced. While some staff were courteous, overall hospitality was lacking. The most disappointing moment came on our last day—no one assisted us with our luggage in the lobby, which I felt was poor customer service, especially for a hotel of this level. I do not recommend this hotel.
I truly wanted to enjoy my stay, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me dissatisfied.

This should be a 2 star hotel. Staff wasnt friendly. Aircond has water leak. The rooms doesnt look like what you see in the photos. I would not stay here again.

This was our first time staying here - for years we have always stayed at a hotel in Sukhumvit 12. This time we were unable to get a room there and decided to try Centre Point. This will definitely be our go to hotel while in Bangkok now. Clean, comfortable and spacious room! Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet and we enjoyed a few dinners here as well (when we were too tired to head out after a day of touring). Two pools to choose from! Convenience store on the premises. Regular shuttle to and from the main street. Safe and quiet neighborhood!

We stayed at on April 25, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. We visited from Chicago and felt The hotel is beautiful, clean, and updated, with spacious rooms. There’s a convenient golf-cart style shuttle that runs every 10 minutes to the main street. The staff was outstanding — I accidentally left my purse behind after checkout, and they went above and beyond to have it sent to me at the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. I’m so grateful for their honesty and incredible service. I stayed with my two kids, and we all loved it. Highly recommend!

Check in was very good. The agents were very professional and the speed of checking in was fast. Got a three bedroom on the 27th floor. Excellent no complaints there. Only problem is the washing machine does not work properly. The dryer does not work. Had room service every day excellent the ride from the hotel to the main street Always on time very fast very reliable very good location would definitely recommend.

This property went way above what i expected.
Everything there you needed and a little shop in the hotel which was brilliant and so handy. Laundry amenities.
Rooms were well thought out. I had the balcony one with a city view which i highly recommend..
Air conditioning brilliant and not noisy.
Super massive comfy bed.
Great shower and even a rotaing mirror with magnification on one side. Was super for putting my contacts in.
Tuk tuk to the top of the street if you didn't want to walk but hotel is in the centre right near terminal 21.
Nothing not to like, would definitely stay here again.
