The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was also helpful and informative. It is across the street from a 7-11 and a 10-15 minute walk from the busy area where there's a lot of restaurants and shopping, so the location was very convenient. Overall, would recommend and come back.

This property is a diamond in the rough. This resort has beautiful views at all pool locations. The stuff are nice friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back during peak season.

First room wasn’t up to standard. Hot, cold water but got upgraded which was nice. Second room was beautiful, and stunning view. Staff treated us like royalty, cooked our eggs and made coffee each morning for us. Very pleasure stay. Would recommend!! Thumbs up to the nice older Thai guy who always made our day by dropping us at our unit, or just being a great person.

Very nice, quite private, with a beautiful sea view pool. With a jacuzzi As shown in the picture The rest of the day is not a holiday so it is quite quiet. Good resort condition, not old, not terrible, spacious room, comfortable sleep, no distractions Breakfast is not large but can be eaten. The resort is only 4 km away from Kata Beach and close to the community, only 2 km. There are convenience stores, restaurants.

Good location with good (sea) view. Great place for family and kids with nice pools, big balcony, big room including super big bed. Breakfast was so good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the rooms were getting old and some equipment needed to be fixed but still clean.
