The hotel room looks quite old and tight. The staff reserved the wrong room (standard room) instead of the superior room we booked in the 1st day (we booked 2 superior rooms for 2 days) then they agreed to change us to the superior room in the 2nd day. In the 2nd day, they offered us 4 free tickets for breakfast (highly appreciate for this but still unhappy in general) and refund for money difference. However, the 2nd superior room has 2 single beds instead of king bed as described in description (I read carefully and knew they have many options even for superior room so I chose the right one) but they explained that the room will be dependent on their capability. So why don't they keep us at least for this problem? Anyway, after disputing for a while, I asked staff to rearrange by merging 2 single bed and bringing the king mattress to the room:( my team are all tired because of these things and I feel shameful as I was in charge of booking the room that is not good enough. Besides, please take note for no hair dryer, no elevator and a bit fragrance of hygiene liquid. The good point are: the staff are quite friendly, restaurant is directly under the hotel and pharmacy is next by.
