We stayed in a twin room, a 502 bed room. There was a lot of dust mites. I couldn't sleep all night. The bathroom door is damaged, noisy, rubbish bins, mold spraying up, rusting. Should improve

Rooms are clean, but a bit dark, too old blankets, extremely hot. There was not a roll of paper in the room. Only the resort is beautifully designed, but the area outside the room is not cleaned, garbage is all messy. The staff was not friendly, the guests came to ask but just sat on the phone and pointed at the end of laughing, there were people coming out but not enthusiastic at all. Ask anything and don't know, don't. The attitude of the staff is really bad. Will never come back here again.
