Lovely staff, good service, good rooms, but broken in that the shower cap has to go down to ask at the counter below. Usually it must be available in the room already. But because of this, I'm a little confused.

1.มาถึง 13.30 ห้องที่bookให้น่าจะยังทำไม่เสร็จ ได้อีกห้องที่เป็นแบบเดียวกัน แต่วิว สระ และระเบียง ไม่ทำความสะอาดเดินออกไปไม่ได้(ราคาแพงกว่า เพราะมีระเบียง แต่ใช้ไม่ได้)
2.แอร์ไม่เย็น ขอเปลี่ยนห้องไม่ได้ พรักงานมากดsetแอร์ บอกว่า เดี๋ยวเย็น แบะบอกว่าลูกค้าใช้ห้องแล้วเปลี่ยนไม่ได้ (เพิ่งเข้ามายังไม่ได้ใช้อะไรมากเพราะรอดูแอร์ เพื่อจะเปลี่ยน)เรื่องนี้ไม่ใช่ความผิดลูกค้า
3. ทีวี ไม่ขัด ดูได้บ้างช่อง
เคยมาพักที่นี่ 3 ครั้ง แล้ว เพิ่งเจอแบบนี้
คราวหน้า ไม่เจอกันอีกแล้วนะคะ
