ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า ไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีพื้นชำรุด ไม่มีพรมเช็ดเท้า ห้องน้ำไม่สอาด ฝักบัวชำรุด ควรมีกาต้มน้ำให้ใช้หน่อย น้ำดื่มควรเพิ่มเป็น 2 ขวด ความเป็นส่วนตัวค่อนข้างดี เงียบสงบดี
