It's a luxury hotel , you feel like you are belong to royal family, exceptional facilities in the room , huge television and sofa in the room , but toilet sometimes have a smell but nevermind, we are happy to stay in this hotel, will recommend to guest want to go to Pattaya.

The overall condition of the room is OK. But the front is quite old, especially old elevators, underground parking It is very scraping under the car. Bring an expensive car this time. Very sorry :( Some furniture will have some scratches. But like that the lighting in the room is very beautiful ⭐️⭐️⭐️ there is a lot of outside space Spacious and comfortable But the shower is dirty. Like rarely clean The kettle in the room is also a plug in another country. Can't actually use To drink hot water, must warm the hot water with a microwave instead.
