Great location in center of the Old City, very friendly staff, comfortable, well-maintained rooms, at reasonable prices. AC worked perfectly. There are many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

This was one of the most delightful hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. By the time we left, the staff felt like friends. The location is by far the best and the hotel is modern, clean and attractive.

The hotel includes the room is clean, and sited nearby the popular locations but without noises due to take place in the end of the independent street. All the staffs are kind and warm. Definitely will choose the hotel again if returning to Ching Mai again.

Great hotel that is tucked away off the busy streets. I love the industrial vibe decor. There is a cute van used as a “bar” which we didn’t get to take advantage of when returning so late after a 15 hour tour exhausted. I would gladly stay here again.

Our stay here was a bit odd. The staff were friendly enough, rooms were decently cleaned. HOWEVER, they only give you one room key per room, instead of enough keys for the amount of people staying in the room (we had 2 people). When we asked for a second key, they refused and said it was their policy to only issue one key per room. This really impacted our plans coming and going from the hotel as well as our daily activities. Coordinating the room key became a chore which is ridiculous. The staff said this was a hotel policy for some reason, but that someone would be available 24/7 to let us into our own rooms if we weren’t the ones carrying the single key card. Lo and behold, I came back to the hotel around 11:45pm one evening and no one was available to let me into my own room. I had to knock on my own door and disturb my partner who was already sleeping. We brought this to the attention of the reception and they were apologetic. They even went as far as embarrassing the security guard and forcing him to apologize to us, as if he was a child. It was an incredibly embarassing experience for both parties as the fault didn’t lie with him, but instead the ridiculous “policy”. The second issue was that we were told there would be daily cleaning, however when we returned around 4:30pm one afternoon, our room was not cleaned. Instead the maid tried to insist on cleaning our room the second we had returned, which we refused. I won’t be rebooking here, and i would not recommend it.
