Reserve through the app, come in and check in. The employee informed that The housekeeper still hadn't finished cleaning. We had to wait another hour. I wasn't very impressed. Once was enough.

Stay in 2 rooms, one air conditioner is cool, another room (409) not cold, call to inform staff to ask to change the room that the air is not cold Officials arrive to stand under the air conditioner. Look at the remote control. The air conditioner says that the air conditioner is normal. Please wait for not to change rooms.
