The room is nice, clean, and the staff are very friendly. The reception is welcoming and very helpful. Currently, there 's no water flow due to flooding, which is a problem throughout Chiang Mai and is understandable. I've stayed here several times, and there 's a recurring issue: the cleaning staff talk on their phones while cleaning, and the noise carries into my room. This is because the room doesn't block sound at all, so you can hear everything happening in the hallway outside.

Advantages: 1. Convenient transportation, next to the main road 2. Good water flow 3. Polite service staff Disadvantages: 1. The room is not soundproof. The sound of cars passing by all night, very loud, unable to sleep. 2. The room is very small, the air is not ventilated. The brightness is not enough. 3. The bathroom water drains very slowly when showering. 4. There is no refrigerator. 5. Very little parking. 6. No bath towels. 7. The air conditioner is not very cool.

Good location near the train station Not too out of town, convenient to travel, the room is ok, but feels a little small, the bathroom is wide, there is no refrigerator in the room. But there is a central refrigerator below.

Anyone who travels to Chiang Mai by train You can stay here. Walk from the station about 750 meters (from the platform - the hotel door). The room is clean and comfortable.
