Everything was best. We were family of nine including 06 children. with its location and proximity to sea, it was Undoubtedly a best hotel for stay, All amenities, breakfast cleanliness were best. Staff was amazing, especially Mr. muhammad at reception, our flight was in evening, and checkout was at 12, grace time uptom 3pm was really a breather. Thank you

Great location small busy hub with lots of cafes and places to eat. Very close to the water and it was easy to access the boat, metro, and trolley when needed. Plenty of taxis available too. The room was fantastic with great views. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back again.

Excellent views of the city and the ocean , but the property feels dated. The location on the Asian side is highly convenient and walkable, though next time I would prefer to stay on the European side for a better overall experience.

Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning.

The king size room was tiny, you had barely enough space to walk around the bed. The bathroom was equally small. Barely enough space to open and close the door. The windows were extremely dirty. This did not feel like a Hilton to be honest and I will not come back to this hotel.

I have always stayed at your hotel. However, while it is generally good and almost perfect, I found a significant amount of hair on the bathroom towel. The condition of the towel had not changed, and I am pleased to have my own this time.

The staff was friendly and professionally we had an issue with the thermostat and they had maintenance there to help us within 5 minutes. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views. If I go back to Istanbul, I will stay there again.
