Perdikia Beach Hotel

Staff was nice and the pool area was nice. However it was hands down the worst beds we have ever slept in. You could feel the metal coils in your hips and back - it was awful. You only get one pillow per person so no extra pillow to put under your hips. No top sheet or duvet - just a rough thin coverlet. We were in so tired and in so much pain from tossing all night and lack of sleep the next day. When using the shower the shower head and holder was plastic - it was broken and fell and hit my toddler in the head. Parking was a huge pain. Staff was nice and the kiddie pool was a plus. We didn't extend our stay.

The rooms are very small and very old, and the bathroom often has mold. Some rooms are in the basement where it’s damp and mold is worse. The sound insulation is poor – you can hear the TV and people talking from the next room. Despite leaving tips, the cleaner often left fewer towels than the number of guests. Entertainment was only once a week (just oriental dances). However, the food was very tasty and of good quality. The hotel is mainly oriented toward local guests. The beach is close.

our second visit to this hotel. we stay all inclusive which is excellent value. food is good and staff are very attentive.

Over all a great little hotel, super Turkish bath and spa too. The downside was that we arrived at 8.45pm after a long journey and very hungry, but told the kitchen closed at 8.30 and we would have to go elsewhere to eat, even though we had been charged for a full days half board. Also I have coeliac disease, I asked if they had gluten free bread at breakfast the next morning, they said yes and gave me three slices which I ate, turned out to be wholemeal bread! I was very ill for all of that day and in bed, then had ulcers on my tongue, still have now I have returned home, very painful. The staff were friendly and helpful, but this hotels chef needs to be educated about gluten containing foods.

Fabulous hidden gem of a hotel in Oludeniz. The pool is a great size set against an amazing background of the mountains. Flowers around the grounds bring beautiful colour to the pool and entrance area. Hotel is spotless. One small criticism is the lack of choice for breakfast as it was the very same everyday and some variety would be nice. WIFI is a bit dodgy and you need to sit in specific areas near reception to pick it up. Otherwise we couldn't fault it and would highly recommend.

This suited us (family of 4) perfectly. We booked 2 double rooms, with the kids (both teens) sharing one, and I think this was much better than a family room. The hotel is lovely and the staff are brilliant too. Pool is spotlessly clean and always good music being played - no problems getting sunbeds. Rooms were always cleaned and towels changed regularly. We always felt very safe both in and out of hotel - no rowdy groups etc. so we could let the kids go anywhere / any time on their own. We went half-board and food was lovely. Breakfast had a decent selection, mainly eggs, toast, chips/wedges were the only hot food, but lots of cold choice food too. Dinner was very good and varied, enjoyed by all. Some evenings there was entertainment on which started just before the end of dinner (to make sure the guest didn't disappear before it started I guess), local dancers which also included a bit of guest participation at the end for good measure! Overall, a brilliant hotel.

I felt like they charge you for simply breathing. The only place with wifi is the reception and there was so much miscommunication with that. Had to argue for them to give us towels on our Check-In day. Have to pay for a safe-box key. A good side was their food. Free Breakfast and Dinner. Beds were stiff. Family rooms were okay, but no outlet in one of the rooms. Front desk was a bit rude sometimes. Distance to beach was great. Wouldn’t come here again.

Lots of greenery and good sized pool fir a small hotel. Great staff.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the beach and had pretty good reviews. When we arrived the first night they put us in a bottom floor room that was damp and smelled like mold. The room was so small that it fit two twin beds and that's it. There was no hot water and the shower is tiny. Sheets had holes and towels had stains - it was not clean. This was the only time I've ever emailed Expedia asking if we could get a refund if we left early. After we threatened to leave, the hotel put us in a larger room on a higher floor, which was slightly better (no more bad smell) but there was still no hot water until the middle of the third day. Do not be fooled by the pictures of this place - the outside and common areas are nice but the rooms are terrible. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else!

Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) staying for 10 nights. Excellent facilities, very family friendly and good value. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

Otel genel olarak güzel diyebiliriz. Ancak yemekte yediğimiz suya dahi Ücret alınmasını doğru bulmadım. Ayrıca odalara kettle konması iyi olabilir.

Это излюбленный отель парапланеристов. Этим и был обусловлен выбор. Почти вся питерско-московская компания тут собралась, не говоря уже про испанских, немецких, французских и ещё бог знает каких... Из плюсов отеля: удачное расположение в тишине. И к пляжу близко, и при этом от всех источников пляжного шума далеко. И нет никакого караоке. (В соседнем отеле, увы, есть, но без фанатизма). Территория уютненькая. Есть закутки, где можно уединиться. Есть баня, но что и почём, не знаю, - не было времени воспользоваться. Комната маленькая. Варианты - или окна на юг с видом на бассейн и ресторан (то есть, несколько шумно), или на север с видом на живую изгородь (то есть, солнце не заглянет, - на балконе вещи сушить проблематично). Вайфай внутри жилого корпуса не ловится. Но во дворе и в холле - летает. Авторизация вайфая дурацкая. Якобы по номеру паспорта и комнаты, но это неправда. Есть секретный логин и пароль, о котором все знают. Персонал дружелюбный, помогает. Сотрудники ресторана немного знают русский язык. При ресторане живёт семья кошек. Утром и вечером они работают кошками - дают погладиться, клянчат еду, играют. Из минусов: особенности ресторана. В оплаченный ужин не включены никакие напитки, включая чай-кофе-воду. Вам выставят счёт при выписке. Учитывая, что кофе там не какое-то особенно сваренное, а ровно из той же кофемашины, которая работает на завтрак, - честно сказать, непонятно, за что содрали деньги! По 10 лир за каждую чашку, как в лучших кофейнях.

Odalar temiz ve gayet kullanışlı. Temizliğe dikkat ediliyor.Kahvaltı-akşam yemeği tamamı iyiydi. Porsiyonlar fazlasıyla yeterli. Otel personellerinin tamamı ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Plaja yakın bir otel ve her an denize gidebilmek büyük avantaj. Ölüdeniz’e tekrar gittiğimde kalacağım adres belli :)
