The Wyspy Hotel

Room was spacious and clean. Nice bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Only thing wrong was our room was hot. Nice location.

Moderate hotel with clean facilities. Excellent quality and varieties breakfast. Very difficult to locate hotel even with GPS. Hotel parking thru a very narrow sude street.

This is an excellent experience staying in Wyspy hotel. Exceeding my expectation. Staff are helpful and friendly. Choose this hotel when you stay in Ordu.

I had my baddest experience in my life in this hotel. The receptionist closed the phone on my face 3 times, and then when I went to the reception to talk to him, I think his name is Samet he was very very rude that he starting screaming at me, in fact he was talked to a customer before me with the same rudeness. But with me he took it to another level were he standed up and came to me (as he want to fight with me). To the management of the hotel, it is shame that you have this receptionist, they are the face of the hotel. Hire people who can deal with people with respect.

Hotel is nice, but service is terrible. Upon arrival at 2am from long travel, it seemed that the room listed on their website is not what was given at the hotel. After confirming that there was an error on there part the night personnel argued with my fiancé for one hour in Turkish and not addressing me. I asked was the room in the photo available and was the hotel full. 1st he answered no because the hotel was full. Then changed his answer afterwards. By then I was upset. He eventually gave us he room for the few hours till morning and stated we would discuss with manager in the morning. We never spoke with manager. This was very unprofessional in handling this situation by night staff. He refused to contact manager to assist with this issue which was clearly about making more many as opposed to resolving the issue. I agreed to pay additional for the few hours just to have this room but not what he was asking for less than 9 hours. This was after traveling from across the world from USA to experience this room at this hotel.

Most workers are not friendly. No AC in the hotel (except our room)
