This is a really nice hotel, very clean and modern, my room was smaller than some but very nicely appointed and cozy with a big king bed, patio, and quiet A/C (the kind that are built in to the ceiling, not the loud kind that sit at the windows) that worked. Good quality TV. Staff very nice. Excellent breakfast, pleasant pub. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great staff. Was warmly welcomed. Room was very comfortable. Only issue was a lack of the hotel to respond to my request for an airport ride. I had sent a couple of messages but no responses. In the end, I had to plan my own transport from the airport. Other than that, i highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice with a great view. We were in 401. I tried to use the shower, but before the water heated up half the bathroom floor was covered with water. Neither floor drain seemed to work. The large tub was nice. The staff was very friendly.

I love this hotel and have stayed here several times. My only complaint is that prices seem to have risen and a standard room is small. They advertise complimentary upgrades for gold members but I have never received this.
