Checking I if you’re traveling with a pet they tell you to leave pet in car ok I was with someone so no problem, But no way if I’m alone I’m leaving a pet in a car in the desert! Next the metal door you must enter with a code is not user friendly. Lost a bunch of food due to the refrigerator kept trip turning the power off, the room we were assigned was ok but the patio was loud and noisy traveling with a pet I had requested a quit area this was not the case .
Now Alex was great! got there was no towels you have to text no front desk the poor guy was the only one there and as the place filled up he was busy. I’m not sure if I would stay there again due to the inconvenience of the place . But if you’re with a group the rooms are large pool and spa were nice the grounds were well taking care. So might be worth it but if you’re older this might not be what you’re looking for . Best of luck !

I was never greeted. When someone finally helped me it was after waiting almost 20 minutes. The host showed no hospitality. Made it feel like I was not welcomed. I had booked in advance and had already paid for the room. I was asked for an extra deposit that I hadn't seen mentioned on the contract. I agreed to pay it but requested enough time to charge my cell phone and access my accounts. He denied me any help and said they're is nothing he can do and walked away. After finally getting my phone to charge by having to get a portable charger I looked for assistance again to get into my room but wasn't helped until past 8pm

All adult, very quiet, small and retro. Perfect pool area. Umbrellas and tables that are also ice chests.
So safe that leaving your door unlocked is very comfortable. All rooms are close to the pool. There is a BBQ gas grill for community use. Rooms are equipped with all basic essentials. Everyone, including guests were nice. Something I suggest bringing, beach towels...there are some provided but i like covering the entire chair. That's just a me issue.

This property is falsely advertised as a casino resort with spa. No casino. No spa. Doesn’t even have a front desk. It was fine for what it was, bed was comfortable, room was clean. But only amenities were a pool and hot tub. Small tv in the room - not 55” as stated. Workspace was small outdoor style metal table with tiny metal chairs. I would never have booked this hotel for that price. Very disappointed.

I had a strange experience here. Coming from LA - 2 hours from the property. Wanted to check in early to drop off my stuff. Called - and called - and called. They simply didn't answer their phones. Tried calling to make a reservation and was on hold for 2 hours. Finally made it to the property (while still on hold). The property has a parking lot and wall - can't see in. Is this really a place to stay? Waited. A customer came out and said it was was, indeed, a place to stay and had 17 units. She got an employee to come out. He basically said they don't answer the phone until 3:00 when people can check in.
They didn't respond to texts or phone calls from multiple cell phones. Aggravating!
Property is old or classic, depending on your tastes. Things seemed to work well. Quiet - it's in a residential area. It's essentially 17 little bungalows assembled around a pool and lawn.
Wish I could give them a great review - but you really have to answer the phones.

Don’t know how this place has such a high rating. It is clean but quite old and worn. Certainly not worth the price paid compared to other places I have stayed.
