Hotel room was clean but smelled musty. Breakfast was sparse.

The location is great for the activities we had planned. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The property does show dating and repairs are needed (no toilet paper holder in our bathroom).

Trip from Hell, use to always stay here since been sold, checked into Mold bathroom walls and shower curtain, dirty tub, feces and urine around toilet and floor, dirty walls, food behind tv stand and dresser, no lock on window screen was vent used a rod in window, no cleaning supplies bought our own my daughter cleaned room for hour and then when I get home they sent me bill 14.99 for taxes spent over 10 on cleaning items and my daughter earns 30 hour to clean you have a young girl family member around 15 cleaning you can't clean if not shown what to do! Lobby and pool room were clean but hot tun has peeling paint and no signs stating not to run or no life guard! Will never stay again or will I recommend there were so many workers staying there by our room outside our window drinking!

Couldn’t see bottom of pool, pool door didn’t even work. Room had dust on table and chairs, toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall . I went to explain it to the front person and they said no one could do anything to help.

This was a trip from hell checked in mind you this room was 150 a night should have been around 79! Mold top of walls in bathroom, shower curtain moldy, tub was not clean, feces and urine around toilet, floor was tacky with urine! Food and other items behind tv stand and book behind dresser, no lock on window screen had been bent found a rod to put in window and no remote send a kid with another nope still didn't work! My daughter got a bottle of bleach sprayed bathroom they didn't have any good cleaners on housekeeping cart so we went to Dollar tree bought sponges, disinfectant spray and wipes, bathroom cleaner etc my daughter cleaned whole room, checked for bedbugs we refused to use microwave, fridge, or coffee maker in room they did look clean, gone whole day if day 2 get back midnight keys didn't work to room had to go to front desk to be reactivated! Front desk people were friendly, pool area nice, and area for breakfast nice! I paid for rooms and got bill for 14.99 for taxes what how about you pay for the cleaning supplies (10) and my daughter at home gets 30 hr to clean took around hour the housekeeper did offer to clean she was a young girl 14-18 age you can't clean properly if not shown!! I will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone!!

Room had horrible smell and also not very clean. Halls had intense smell of air freshener. Definitely way over priced for what condition the hotel is in. Staff however was very friendly but it doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness, poor breakfast, and run down hotel.

Easy access from expressway

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price. That was honestly hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had at any hotel or motel. And in the morning the staff was very generous and understanding when my daughter and I overslept and were more than an hour late checking out. Definitely giving a 5 star rating!! This particular AmericInn by Wyndham will be the only place I stay from now on for sure!! Absolute rock stars they are!!

The hotel is not in good condition. Bathroom and sink area wasn't very clean. The pool area was bad. I didn’t feel extremely safe while staying there for the night.

Had a room with a jacuzzi tub. The tub above us leaked into our tub and the toilet plugged. We had to plunge it our selves. They did move us to another room. Will not go back

Terribly dirty, smelled awful, furniture chewed by animals, outside premises were in disrepair. The only plus was the front desk worker Chris, he totally understood when I asked for a refund, as I couldn't stay due to the conditions I

The bathroom was very clean and the bed was neat and comfortable. However, the walls had stains from spills and gouges in them from the chairs. The floor also had stains.

Very affordable. Pleasant staff. Damaged walls missing paint. Loose electrical outlets.

Reasonably priced. Clean overall. Included breakfast and pool. Breakfast was enough to get us on the road. Staff was helpful and polite. Walked 2 miles on the country road it is located on. Lovely farm area.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and never had an issue until this time. The refrigerator was broken and it made such a loud noise. I brought it to the gentleman working the front desk and he laughed about it. I had to check out of my room in the middle of the night.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, that is the best thing I can say. I was there for 7 days working in my room and not one time did they come in and change my sheets. I had to chase down the towel cart to get new towels and take out my dirties. I had to pull my own trash and put in some grocery bags I had as new bags since they didn't come in to pull that either. The toilets stopped up in both my room and my kids room and they brought down a plunger and dropped it off. We had to plunge our own toilets in both. The office chair I had in my room had a broken back on it so it laid way back so I couldn't use it. I asked in the morning at the front desk and she told me she would look into it and did nothing. Finally at noon I drug the chair all they way down there to get show them and get a new one. She then tried to give me a hard back chair like you have a dining room tables. I explained I needed an office chair as I could adjust it and was working from there for the week. I then had to tell her lets grab the one from my old room I got moved from because the ceiling was leaking. Otherwise, she had no idea what to do. It felt more like I was a maintenance person than a guest. To make things better the only drink vending machine and the hot tub both broke while I was there. This place clearly does not believe in Maintenace as you can see damage on all the walls as well. I will not be going back for my next time in MI.

The staff was super friendly and professional, the check in process was easy. The pool was decent sized and the jacuzzi was hot and functioning. However, the hotel is a little outdated, could use some modernization for sure. My room, and after talking to another guest, apparently their room as well, always had a cigarette smell. That never went away during our stay.
