The room was cozy, clean and gorgeous. The staff was super nice and the Tickets restaurant across the street had great food and drinks. I really enjoyed my stay. I will be booking here again next month

Staff was great and room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and any movement caused loud squeaks and sounds. Was unable to order food to room from Tickets. Website would not work. TV in bedroom would randomly turn on and off. Parking was not great due to poles.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I’ve also stayed next door so now I can compare the two.
I found our room to be super quiet and spacious but it was dark and the decor/bathroom was pretty dated. I love a nice view and natural lighting and this was really lacking those features, thus the 3 stars.
I’m being petty though, overall it was a great stay. The staff was lovely and the room was very clean which is most important!

this place is ok, nice water views, but I am glad we were there in May, before the summer prices skyrocket ,hard to imagine feeling ok about paying $600. a night for this $150. room in later summer...

It was outdated check in is on level one you enter on ground level which was odd and you could smell strong scent of chlorine as soon as you step in the lobby
