Service is great! People are very friendly and always there when ya need something.
Rooms are extremely old but that is the novelty of the place. I would not say that this is a budget friendly place but this is a place people need to experience at least once. Right in the middle of downtown! Great location! Shuttle service great!!

No water pressure in shower and temperature fluctuated constantly. Parking was confusing but shuttle was always available and ended up being no problem.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Dingy, lot's of deferred maintenance, sink in bedroom (not bathroom?), very inconvenient parking, paper-thin walls allow sounds from hallway and neighbors to disturb your sleep... all for an expensive price.

Shuttle service is ok. Drivers are speeders and dont take any curiosity for the riders. Room was dusty may of had dust all the way back to 1905. And people played loud music at the hot tub until 12 am to 1 am before they shut it off

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. There were some things that made the stay less pleasant. Our first night there was an issue with the elevator. The bathroom door would not close or lock, and the power or volume key on yhe bedroom remote were not working. There was was also paint on the light fixtures in the bathroom were the had repainted the ceiling without taping off the light fixtures. There was also an issue not getting a shuttle when we called, luckily the restaurant was only around .2 miles away(this wasnt the drivers fault I believe staff forgot to radio it in). All in all it was a nice 2 day vacation.

The hotel is old and historical. In its youth I imagine it was gorgeous! Unfortunately, old things take a lot of upkeep and I’m not sure this hotel gets enough. The vibe is cool but the floors are very squeaky and loud. I heard the people in the room above me until late in the night. Because the hotel backs up to a large hill, the trash pick up and recycling is in front. The morning we left, I was startled awake by the sound of so much glass being dumped into the trash truck at 6:50am. It would have been really nice to sleep in a little bit.
