Outside of motel was dirty , trash , mattress, furniture by dump where you had to walk up stairs, it was like people live there not a motel , people fighting in parking lot , was was not clean , coffee pot in room no coffee, no cleaning of room no fresh towels and towels smell awful

What ever you do DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. We were suppose to have had a room on first floor due to my mom in wheel chair we was put on second floor with a horrible ramp. Our room stunk. Had to get air freshener. Tried to get our money back on both rooms the lady wouldnt give it back. The pool was ok just side of it was green. On the other end of motel all kinds of drug activities we will never get this motel again. We will let everyone know about this motel chaiwe r

This is the most disgusting place ive ever seen. Dead spiders everywhere, mildew in the bathroom, trash in the stairwells, like old mattresses and furniture. There were bugs in the room, microwave was disgusting, bedding had stains on it. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A KEY TO THE ROOM, I HAD TO HAVE THE LADY LET ME IN EVERYTIME I RETURNED TO THE ROOM!. I had a dog with me so i couldn't take him out because i would have to call this lady to get back in my room or leave my door open for more bugs to get in. I tried to tough it out, but i left after one night, even though i booked 3 nights, threw the clothes away i wore during the stay. During check out i was informed there was no early check out refund. I didn't want to argue at this point, i just wanted to leave. A couldn't find any other lodging nearby so i just came home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This place was honestly the most disgusting place I have ever came across, I don’t know how it hasn’t been shut down between the bed bugs and the literal live roach crawling on the wall when we first walked in. As soon as we got our keys we turned them back in and booked another hotel room. Overall a very unsafe and unsanitary environment.

Homless sleeping in parking lot. Door lock broken. No breakfast advertised continental breakfast. Loud at all hours. Broken furniture and appliances scattered around property. Ac didn't cool and was emitting a grinding sound. Plaster was falling off inside room due to wayer damage. Room smelled like cigarettes. Checked out a day early couldn't stay there.

I will give this place 2 stars because my room was dirty. The hotel needs renovation to bring it up to date.

Low water pressure couldn't fill hot tub up drink machines didn't work

Rooms look nothing like the pictures and everyone lives there and the owner told us it had bedbugs so was afraid to even sleep but we asked to check the room before committing to staying there and after every other hotel was booked without spending $300/night we decided to stay.

The TV in the room did not work. When I let them know they immediately checked it out and discovered the outlet was bad. We were then given a different room. In that room, the wall seemed to be either rotting or mildewed. There were also what appeared to be two wood roaches. I didn’t go back to the office to address this issue although I probably should have. I will say that the lady at the check in desk was extremely friendly and nice.

Clean, safe, attentive staff/cameras.

We love the friendship we have made each time we stay here.

Don't bring your kids here. What a dump. It was bad enough I booked another hotel for the rest of my vacation and was told I wouldn't get a refund for leaving early. One of the rooms we ended up with, you had to get management any time you wanted to re-enter. The key card reader wasn't working. My TV didn't work. People live in this hotel. It is trashy. I don't know how it is not shut down.

Was a nice room, but it was a kitchenette without a stove. There were no utensils no pots, pans, plates or silverware. Usually, there’s a blow dryer there was none. There was a heavy thunderstorm and it screwed up the pool. They were not able to get the pool straightened out We rented the room for 10 days and left after nine For seven of those days, we had no pool Looks like it was too much stress on a couple of people Not enough personnel to be able to maintain everything

Arrive to the hotel at 7 o’clock and my room was not ready. The lady said it would be another hour so I went and had dinner and walked around and got back at 10:30 and my room is still dirty as you can see in the pictures, then I want to take a shower and the shower curtain was dirty and the towels was dirty. I looked at the bed and the sheets was stained and I ended up sleep. In my clothes night. I told the lady the next morning I would not be staying another night and checked out and was still charged for the night I did not stay.

Smelled like pee. Not sanitary

I thought I would give this place a try, It was my husband mom and pops, myself and my 8lb pup. We had 2 rooms side by side. The first night my mom got bit, but did not think anything of it. the 2nd night she got more than 10 bites so she told the office person that she found bed bugs and they moved her about 4 rooms down from ours, and the next morning had more bites than the room before. They will not give a refund, So I would not recommend anyone staying there. I know we wont ever again.

People living in these like appartments people drinking and smoking on porch all night. Can’t complain bout prices. Few dead bugs in room. They did allow my dog tho.
