Best Western Dickson

The staff was very nice. Property a little old but clean and had all of the services that we required. It was close to many choices to eat and a liquor store across the parking lot. I will miss my biscuit and sausage for breakfast.

We arrived later in the evening, the doors were locked, and we had to be let into the lobby. When we went to our room, there was someone in their car blaring music definitely in an altered mental state. We went to the room and we could still hear this woman also honking her horn repeatedly she was reported to the lobby. The lobby called the police. Tried to get settled into the room, but from the lampshade next to the TV, the ceiling in the main area above the couch all throughout the bathroom ceiling tiles that were falling out of the ceiling you could see mold. Mold everywhere. I felt unsafe and we didn’t stay in this room for more than 45 minutes before we turned in our keys and went to search for another hotel. I felt unsafe because of the situation outside, not being resolved, as well as all of the mold surrounding us in our room.

Bed was not particularly comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, eggs, waffles, cereals, no meat.

Clean. Convenient. Although the room was clean, the bathroom tile was slippery. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

I arrived late at night and the check in was not too bad. He had to run my license twice, but other than not terrible. Once I walked upstairs to my room the lock was held on by a screw buy overall the room was clean. I have no complaints about the bed or the bathroom. The next morning upon leaving there waa a used condom by my car and trash in the parking lot. Breakfast wasnt bad even the burnt sausage.

Always love the pool

I was pulling a trailer back from NC to Ark. The guy at the desk allowed me to park close to my room. Clean. I felt safe.

Comfortable bed, great air-conditioner

Air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv.

Not too good, stinks, very very high humidity, so high it affects the TP in the bathroom?!! And ADA shower head is not high enough, not to mention the shower curtain blocks no water so the floor is soaked with water. I thought it was a good choice compared to the high dollar hotels in the same area…..wrong go to the super eight…..not again here

We had a nice stay. Unfortunately I was not comfortable with the bathtub at the Best Western Dickson, Tn. The bottom of the bathtub was very unstable. I have poor balance and I was afraid I was going to fall.

The hotel is dated but fairly comfortable. The man who checked us in was not welcoming.

I only travelled through and needed to stay one night. It was okay, nothing to write home about.

Breakfast was served with warm food and fresh yogurt. The facility was far from main roads, so that the night was quiet. Furniture was not new but functional and clean. Affordable price, considering approximity to Nashville.
