Overall very comfortable

Check in staff was very pleasant and quick. Room was clean and spacious.

My room had a weird smell to it but the once you got past that part the hotel was actually pretty neat and clean. Even had a room right next to the elevator I never heard it one time.

I like the friendly staff and breakfast was delicious. I didn't like that the air was not blowing cold enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay besides the air. We will b staying again when we come back to visit.

Hallway smelled of Mary Jane, room smelled of cigarettes. Hotel under construction, furniture everywhere in the hallway.

Loose toilet, dirty refrigerator, had to go to front desk to request Wi-Fi password.

The hotel was being renovated and the room we stayed in was in very good condition. However, the television didn't seem to be connected to anything, and the wifi did not work. In addition, the toilet was running and we found a used hypodermic needle in the tank. The toilet became clogged and not sure what was flushed down there. The next day (we only stayed one night), we found our car windshield had been cracked. It looked like someone might have thrown something at it. There were also a few people loitering about outside who looked sketchy--it didnt feel safe. Other than that, it was an ok stay! Would definitely not stay there again.

Booked this hotel because close to airport and web site stated free shuttles to airport. when we checked in there was a sign that stated no shuttle service so we had to pay extra for uber to airport. When we got to our rooms there was no internet and the front desk stated it would be out all night so I lost a lot of valuable time that I could have done business.

Checked in and was given wrong room type and a room that smelled of marijuana, so had to get another room. Unfortunately they are “renovating” I was told on 3 of the 5 floors and entire 2nd floor was jam packed with boxes of furniture, making it hard to navigate to get to my room. The room itself shows much damage on all surfaces and ac ran entire time loud. Construction noise started in the room above mine at 7:30am and owner said sorry, installing new furniture, nothing we can do. Breakfast was meager compared to other comfort suites I’ve booked. Not much choice and just not good. Also the WiFi never worked and had to use my personal hotspot to do work on business trip, which was not good. Amenities at the property were also not available, like business center or shuttle. Very disappointed in this property and will not book again when in town for work trips, when many others are nearby at same price point but not a worn out facility with loud construction noise.

Had everything I expect in a hotel of its category and price range. Super convenient to get to the New Orleans airport.

Bad experience the window in the room was not clear and could not see out of the window at all I was in room 406 that window needs to be replaced. That was a terrible experience experience for me. It was just a terrible experience all around the front desk. Clark was very nasty responded in a very harsh way to all answers, he did not want to move me to a different room. It was the clerk that works in the morning day shift. She was very harsh with her words was not receptive at all to the guest. She demanded that I stay in the room that she assigned me too. When I checked in I asked for a different room. She would not grant that now I will stay at a different hotel when I arrive in New Orleans. The Spanish people was but a little different and nicer, but not the front desk clerk on the day shift in the morning from 7 AM to three no more.

Gross. Dirty. Smells.

The hotel was one of the cheapest ones around! It is an older building that hasn’t been updated in years, so it has its normal wear and tears. The lobby, hallways, and elevators were scattered with debris during our visit. But, the staff was friendly, and we had a good night’s rest!

The staff was so helpful and polite. The turn down service cleaned the rooms so thoroughly. Great all around experience.
