Our stay on Best Western Plus was mostly excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a flight issue and the staff at the hotel were extremely supportive and ready to help where they could.
The room was a bit on the small side but comfortable. The bathroom/toilet was small, and the sink area was separate and did not have a door to the main area.
We ended up staying an extra night as our flight home was cancelled and our new room, which was a bit bigger than our previous room was above the swimming pool which was quite noisy after 10pm.
On the whole, we would probably stay there again as it wasn't far from the town, and the staff were lovely.

I was not expecting much given the price of the hotel compared to others and some of the pictures I saw just made the place seem old and dated so I was a little afraid of what we were going to walk into but I was so happy to walk into such a clean and fresh atmosphere. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was good, staff were so friendly and helpful, the bar is amazing to have even for the kids as they loved sipping fruit slushes by the pool and that pool and courtyard are so beautiful!!!! I’m so happy and I HIGHLY recommend this place

Stayed 3 nights, staff was friendly and helpful. Property was just outside of Bourbon Street, was able to get to all of the French Quarter by walking. Nice stay, would stay again.

Overall, My stay at Best Western was enjoyable. The staff were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The interior courtyard was picturesque and offered privacy after the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street and the Decatur tourist strip. And they also had a great breakfast selection each morning. I will definitely make this my place to stay when I return to New Orleans.

The bed was comfy but bathroom was small and tight. Our safe was broken and every time they “fixed” it it still didn’t work. The room is well air conditioned but the hallways to get to rooms is mostly outdoors. The pool looked a little sleepy which was disappointing because we were hoping to hang out by the pool on some days. The pluses are it’s conveniently located. A less than 10 min walk to Bourbon for the bars, small shops and music on the street. A 12-15 min walk to Decatur where the bigger restaurants, shops, French market, carriage rides and riverboat is. And the breakfast was better than expected. Hot food like eggs, bacon, potatoes and make your own waffles. Each day they try to change up the options so it’s not the same thing every day. Front desk staff was great. Helped us plan trips and gave recommendations. Overall decent for the price we paid.
