It was perfect! Close to good dining, easy to get to campuses and shopping. There is even a wonderful natural health food store right outside which is perfect for me. We had cuisine from 3-4 nationalities over two days. The new coffee house next door is so amazing we almost missed our train grabbing cups to go!!! Try the Dubai Chocolate!!!

Sorry but I've stayed at better places. No washclothes, dirty carpeting, refrigerator had to be cleaned out of frost, no soap at sink, cleaners were taking care of rooms till late in the afternoon. Not a very nice stay.

Room well-cleaned. Could use better fitting bottom sheet for king size bed as it kept shifting.

Stayed the place for 2 nights.
The room on the first night may not have been cleaned. The room was filled with musty and damp smells, especially the bathroom and the closet. There were long curly hairs on the wall of the bathtub. I moved to a different room the next day. The room smelled normal and fresh.
For breakfast on the first day, I soaked Cherrios in milk and had a slightly bitter taste.
I made a waffle for breakfast on the second day, but it tasted sour. The waffle I made on the first day tasted normal.
During the two days we stayed at the hotel, the outdoor temperature exceeded 95 degrees. Food can easily deteriorate and spoil if it is not refrigerated. I have stayed at Best Western Hotels in different places, but I have never had such an unpleasant
experiences.

No bar of soap at sink, dispenser in shower empty, no a/c in hallways or elevator, a/c in room good, but room had a pair of UNDERWEAR on floor by bed ,NOT belonging to us, so gross! Food just ok

Stayed four nights - no housekeeping. Asked about it at checkout and was told they don't do housekeeping unless you ask for it. Just tell people that when they check in.

My family and I stayed three nights and it was a great stay. The hotel offers breakfast with a variety of choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay again. The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and not far from airport. We only wish the bathroom was bigger as it was small with no counter space, otherwise it was a great stay.
