I am senior and Alexis and her team treated me and my cousin very well. They made us feel cared for, found and returned an item of great value I left behind and the lead engineer came promptly to adjust a burner in the stove and show us how to regulate the temperature in our unit using a motion sensor. Location is very convenient and I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a basic kitchen while traveling

Absolutely perfect location; in walking distance to most DC sites and eateries. Staff were GREAT. Sleeping area i.e. bed, pillows, lighting, easy chair, desk, very comfortable. 4 Star. The place is impeccably clean...Bathroom lighting great for makeup and styling your hair. Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was unusable - the faucet hardly reached over the modern above-counter sink. We had to use the bar sink for brushing our teeth, washing our face and hands, and even to fill a glass. Would love to stay here again. Hoping not all the bathroom sinks have the same problem.

Simple and easy hotel, great for business travelers. they tack on a $25 "amenity fee" which includes a buffet breakfast of poor Holiday Inn level quality. But the location is excellent, rooms nicely sized, and the scale feels human so i will be back!

Great room although the design of the bathroom sink was ridiculous. Very friendly and helpful staff! Listing should not read "parking available" when in fact it is a mandatory $50/night valet charge. Just say that.

My room was great, couldn’t ask for more. Hotel staff was kind and helpful.
The breakfast room that is in a separate building felt like it was there temporary. For instance a large bagel toaster was put on a regular dining table. The selection and quality of the breakfast was 1 out of 10. Imagine a motel breakfast but with less items to choose between. They could easily make it better, but I guess they choose not to. Irritating since they charge an arm and a leg for a room. Not only that but they have a $40 resort fee too. For that fee you don’t even get a a bottle of water in your room. Go figure.
The gym has potential but they haven’t kept it up to standard. Inflatable balls were missing, they had one deflated. No yoga mats. No weighted balls.
Outside the hotel it was dirty with a lot if trash. For instance 3 empty coffee cups pushed in to a bush right at the entrance. It was also a lot of dead plants surrounding the building.
It is a good hotel, but the management just have to give a damn.

Capital Hill hotel had really comfortable beds but the pillows could be softer. There was breakfast every morning but on Fridays when the milk ran out that was it! Luckily it’s central and easy to get Uber because they have no shuttle. They could provide a map of the city so guest know how close they are to metro. All in all a good place to stay.
