Clean and modern room

Good hotel and staff. Super close to JFK with shuttle service. MTA subway stop a few minutes away. Not much else noteworthy nearby. Lots of food delivery options. Pizza Port delivery came 30 minutes after ordering.

The hotel in and of itself is great. The surrounding area is, understandably, just so-so. If you're looking for an afforadble and clean place to recharge before or after a long flight into or out of JFK, look no further.

Vehicle noise came out early in the morning.

I had email from hotel they have parking for $31 a night when I went for check in front host told me no parking you can park on Manager street unsafe to park i show him email from hotel she says it’s error manger not working if you don’t want to stay he can refund you Monday i went out to find parking I can’t even find paid parking then I find hotel hilton thay have parking only for customers I booked the i went back to comfort in told them host change he says I have to call expedia for cancellation i call lady was very helpful she try to cancel to refund my money hotel denied to return my money even she sent email to them parking for $31 Dear Jaswant Vraitch, We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to Comfort Inn JFK Airport on 2025-02-01. Transportation sucks. The driver is an old guy who cannot lift luggage and requires the guest to assist. Then the drop off at the airport lacks any concern as guests are to figure their way out after being dropped off at arrival. The pickup was not on schedule. Some shuttles came twice to pick up their guests before yours came once in frigid conditions. Very poor service.

Front desk staff a gentleman from the carribean, was very rude.
