The front desk was very welcoming and professional.

I would stay there again. The hotel lobby and my room were clean and smelled good, except the bathroom had a strong pine-sol smell. There was no exhaust fan in my bathroom so after showering, the humidity went up in the room for a while. With three of us in the room it became more of an issue. The breakfast was well presented but there were lines to get to the food and not enough seats for the number of guests when we were there. Maybe the area could be reworked to add more seating?

Check in was easy and fast. We had 3 rooms. Under king suit bed there was red chips and trash. House keeping didnt knock even while the door tag was on for no service. Keycards were not working. I made sure to keep it away from phone or debit card. Two nights in a row and at 5am it sound like wwe was going on. Called front desk twice about it and even went upstairs. Nothing changed. Pool and hot tub was over crowded. Kids in diapers in hottub and pool. No age limit on who goes in the hottub. I understand people will be in there but more kids in the hot tub then adults. An older couple went to get in but kids stepped in the way as they tried the hot tub. Breakfast was ok but the line for it was outrageous. People using hands to grab muffins. The space is too small. I absolutely would not stay again.

The hotel appears redone and looks very nice in the lobby, cafe and rooms. I liked the aesthetics! The man at the front desk was super friendly and answered all of our questions. The free breakfast was just ok. Long lines and the staff took forever to refill empty items on a busy weekend morning. I would like to see more fresh fruit and better coffee. The pool area was ok but the water in the pool was not clear which caused for some pause. Most of the game machines in the game room do not work. The room was 90% clean to my liking. There were dirty handprints on the back of the bathroom door and that’s a pet peeve of mine. Nothing will ever be 100%, we are humans so it didn’t ruin my day! Overall the price point for a weekend stay was affordable for a family of six to all stay in the same room. I would stay at this hotel again.

Good Location with food nearby, but this hotel was severely understaffed (only one person working in the entire hotel at 6 pm on Saturday) with an undertrained front desk attendant. After a long day at Busch Gardens, our hungry family of six tried to check into our two rooms, which I had booked online days in advance. We received one set of room keys, and the attendant said that our two rooms were connected. I should have known then that this interesting new way of occupying two rooms with keys to only one room was too good to be true. The room had a door to the connected second room, but it was locked. Back I went to the front desk to wait. Received keys to the adjoining room, opened the door, and inside I found other people's belongings! Back to the front desk to wait. The front desk person was neither surprised nor disturbed by the fact that this error had occurred.  After an extended wait, the attendant called the manager for assistance with the problem, and we were given keys to two different rooms. One of the room's keys worked, and the other did not. Back to the front desk to wait. Finally, I received the working keys to the second room and relayed to the family to vacate the single room on the fourth floor, where they had been waiting for well over an hour. I chose this hotel based on excellent reviews, but it ultimately proved to be a disappointment.

Parking lot was a disaster due to the fact workers parked trucks sideways and took up all the parking so we had to walk a good ways to get to hotel

Great place to stay. It’s nice and quiet. If we needed something, the staff was quick to get it to us. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds.

Cookie cutter hotel with poor service. Door was broken and would not open. Asked desk clerk to help and he assisted three other families (two issues with other rooms) while my family waited in the hallway on an upper floor. No urgency.

The staff was great. The food options were great for breakfast..The jacuzzi and pool were nice. The hotel needs an Upgrade!! There was an older smell in the room. The A/C was working but could not adjust the temperature.

Room was very clean and was very impressed with how lbig and spacious it was. And really enjoyed the jetted tub.

When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone came. They had been assisting another guest away from the desk. I tried calling the main desk for extra towels - I was put on hold - I gave up after 15 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Overall, hotel was great for the price, but could have been better with a little better quality and thought to layout. Pros - great location, Quiet, Fridge and microwave in each room, very clean, complimentary breakfast was nice, appears to have been renovated or built new in the last couple of years. Cons - bed was too firm for me (granted, I have arthritis). I tried the pull out sofa bed but it was poor quality (think 1970s). Lights were minimal and not easy to reach, no charging available on the nightstand in our room, had to plug devices in across the room.

The room was well-suited for the needs of my family. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The pool was cloudy and looked like it needed to be cleaned.

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was great!

Our stay was fine. The breakfast was a hit as very busy but we didn’t try it.

Hotel was nice. Had to keep changing key several times due to it wouldn't work. My room had to push door hard because it gets stuck. Jetted tub on mine and my sisters room, some jets didn't work. My sister room, room 301 floor was slanted and all outlets were upside down. Shower heads not powerful. Water in shower was either hot or very cold. Try to make it warm and it wasn't working. Kids were running around and in pool not supervised as noted in rules. Staff was friendly.
