To noisy, the bathroom doesn’t have shampoo, soap.

The room and staff were really nice. Would’ve liked a heads up that there is 2 subways that go by every 20 minutes or so, made for some long nights

It was certainly convenient to walk to BJK tennis but know that when you are walking back at night the road is very dark in sections and it made us feel very vulnerable. The hotel doesn't mention that you are right next to RR tracks so expect that trains will be noisy. We DID NOT notice this during the nite...Thankfully! The breakfast is a letdown. Be sure and save the KIND bars you receive upon arrival as you'll need them for breakfast! One of the cleanest bathroom/shower I've ever used!!

Easy access to the subway. Convenient access to Citi Park and USTA National Tennis Center. Not the greatest of neighboorhoods, but I feel unsafe. Subway rails are VERY close to room, but that's white noise to me.

I only spent one night here but, overall the experience was good. I checked in 4 hours early, was able to walk to the USOpen, and didn’t have any problem navigating the hotel. It’s small, but that’s ok. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star, is my floor was sticky from some kind of cleaner, which really was only noticeable with shoes on. The latch in my door was loose and probably could pop off if the door was really pushed into it. Other than that, a good quality stay. Probably over priced but if you’re looking to stay in Queens and be close to Citi Field or The Billie Jean King Tennis Center, this is a good, reasonably distanced option.

Would not bring children here. There was a channel showing xrated movies. We were there for a baseball game.and it was a short walk to the stadium. Parking was free but limited. Pull in front to check in.

It was a good stay. Was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Didn't like that there was no Fridge, or coffee in the room or lobby.

My partner and I loved the neighborhood and all the amazing food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was huge

Check in was quick. My room was clean, staff was helpful and the location is very convenient. Close to the airport and CitiField stadium.

My room was not satisfactory at all! The shower had mold in it, there was a dead bug under a layer of bedding, there was a dead bug inside the the tv screen and there was burn holes in the cover sheet. I am disgusted with my stay here. I didn’t even let my bare feet touch the floor in this place.

The staff were very nice.

Great option in a decent neighborhood close to the train (very close), found at the last minute due to unexpected change of plans. Would have been perfect in not for a loud party across the alley both Friday and Saturday night that went pretty late.

Property was pleasantly clean and maintained. Could use some updating as there is some wallpaper peeling in room. Bathroom very clean. Rooms on back of building do not have any noise from elevated railway and you can see car parking. There were always parking spaces available, but we parked and walked to places. Don't miss stopping at a Mexican bakery in the area, there are many and amazing. If you like Mexican food, you will have many options. Other fast food options within 15min walk. Safe and short walk to Citi Field.

At least the staff were wonderful, but the room smelled of cigarettes (asked for non-smoking) and had to kill a roach.

The hotel itself felt safe and secure.
