Country Hearth Inn & Suites Marietta

I am 99.9% sure this property is government subsidized. People coming in going all hours of the night! So I was continuously waking up throughout the night due to noisy people/guests. The room is OLD & BEAT UP. The bathroom floor was slimy. The ice bucket was covered in white scum. The air conditioner in my room didn't work. Talked with the super nice woman at the front desk who sent someone to fix it. He was also extremely nice, but unable to fix it. They moved me to an upstairs room. (he offered to help me move, but I only had 1 small roller bag, so declined his offer) Upstairs room was better, but light didn't work, some of the TV stations were fuzzy, so couldn't really watch it. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Great location, however poorly kept. Grounds were dirty, covered in small trash debris, cigarette butts etc. More than half of the walkway exterior lights were out. Stairwells we're dirty with trash as well. Room was acceptably clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was mostly clean. There were drink stains on the sink counter wall and the bathroom tub caulking was coming loose. TV was barely functional. Most of the channels were scrambled. There was a strong smoke oder that would come and go in the non-smoking room probably with the air conditioning filter. I inquired about it with the desk management who said "we can't help it if people lie" was the response. All nearby hotels were booked up otherwise I would have requested refund and found somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend.

Not what I expected however one mile from Braves Stadium Truist Park, about 25 min walk made it convenient. Won't lie, was worried about my vehicle whole night though...

The hotel is close to Truist Park. The room was clean , air conditioner worked fine, but it was a basic room. Older hotel but good enough.

When I arrived the Office Front Door was closed as if no one was inside. Then i asked to look at there rooms.. And if was horrible smelly and not up to stardards.. This place should not be recommended as a stay because of the very poor conditions here...

Just about adequate. Never got WiFi with internet even thought they system was supposedly rebooted. Could not use the general sink as the faucets sprayed water everywhere from the base of the mixer pipe. The hot water wasn’t really hot enough for a shower. The smell in the room was unpleasant. The bed mattress soggy. Good to have a fridge but it froze my hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit salad. The door was missing a rail so nowhere to put tall bottles. The microwave was good.

Everything was good only thing I didn't like was the road work that was being done But it wasn't that bad the overall experience was pleasant

The room had a smell to it that was not pleasing. The beds were not comfortable at all. Wanted a place to sleep after driving 12 hrs and this was not a place that was comfortable enough to get a good nights sray

I felt safe staying here. It was close to the expressway. We could hear the traffic, but it didn’t bother us. Needs some updating. Beds were comfy.

Checking was easy and staff was very kind and helpfull

For the price it is fine. Management is great.

the property is run down and in poor condition

Rooms are old and dated, but surprisingly quiet that close to the Interstate. A foul odor outside the door was very unpleasant. I think someone had been smoking a joint.

Everyone is so nice and helpful to everyone on the property no attitudes even when their having a bad day

Was a simple and convenient place, staff were friendly.

Horrible experience, will never visit again. The wallpaper had holes in it, the shower head was not secure on the wall, and found a live roach running around.
