We had cockroaches in our rooms. The rooms were dirty and musty

It right off the highway, but it can get noisy.

A quiet, safe and serene environment. I liked their staff service and breakfast.

There was no running water, the smell of the room was bad body odor, everything was sticky to the touch and not a safe area at all.

The staff was outstanding. Check in and out was seamless. The room was clean and quiet.

Reeked of pot in the hallways, elevator inspections seven months expired, tasteless breakfast, loud highway noises. Staff was good and bed was comfortable, though the rooms are about 30 years out of date.

Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor condition. The room was unclean, and the overall environment felt unsanitary. I would not recommend staying here. The room was poorly maintained and unhygienic. It did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The accommodations were far below expectations. The room was filthy/nasty—dirty feel, bugs, the works This hotel appeared to be normal, yet after check in and entering the elevator, the elevator seemed old, rickety and unclean. There was a sign in the elevator that read something to the effect of, "no food from the breakfast area in rooms under no circumstances" which immediately led me to believe that they have an infestation problem. Yes! I was correct. The hallway leading to the room was dingy, moist, and felt dirty, then as soon as we opened the room door, the room was the same and just made us feel even more uncomfortable and that nothing was sanitary. The dresser had what looked like burn marks in it, and then ROACHES! Two roaches ran from under the bed across the floor and under the dresser. That was all it took, and we were NOT staying there. I was not placing myself, my family and my belongings at risk of being infested with roaches and unsanitary conditions. This hotel was NOT sanitary and was not suitable for overnight guests. This hotel refused to refund my money, because it was a prepaid hotel from hotels.com, yet I will continue to try to seek some recoupment for SUCH unsanitary conditions!

one elevator was out of services, the rooms are so dirty, we ask for an extra sheet they say only the housekeeping had the key.They only put one mini soap bar for 4 guest, the breakfast was back. they definitely need some renovations.

Our room was comfortable, and the staff was courteous. Since we were there for an event at the Center Parc Stadium, this hotel is super convenient and a great place to stay.

Im not stay in this plase me and my wife check chat room before go sleep and i shocked is so dirty and we found bad bugs. So we stay in this room for about 10 minutes after we come in.

Overpowering smell of mold in the room- dilapidated building inside and out- carpet in the room was stained and had sections that looked like had been melted. Felt gross sleeping there

The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a great range of options. Couldn’t beat it for the price.

Price friendly. Decent location. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping is 4 stars

Beds were clean, behind the beds not so much. Elavators rickety and unleveled. Breakfast cheese omelets were crunchy. French toast and biscuits with gravy were great. Breakfast staff was lovely, as well as staff at check in counter.
