Good for the price :)

Was everything I expected.

Fast and easy check-in. Comfortable bed, simple breakfast, and Very easy check-out (drop card keys in box at reception counter).

Room is always clean and the fireplace is a nice touch. Staff is always nice and helpful.

The pool was pretty loud and rambunctious with the adults mostly. The price was a little higher than similar hotels we stayed at on our trip and not as nice which was a little disappointing. The other people in the rooms adjacent to ours were very loud and kept our teenage son up most of the night. It was a nice hotel room for the five of us and staff was good. Just a little noisy and expensive.

Comfortable, clean & everything needed for a quiet stay

The room had a distinct and intense smell, not mold or anything, but different and not great. There were cracks in the plaster in a few places and the toilet seat was worn to the point the color was coming off. Also, the shower was tricky to maneuver as it didn’t always work well. The staff was nice and helpful.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Too much chemicals in the pool

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and accommodating. Reception was the best.

Stay was very comfortable and close to a lot of things

As an Expedia Gold Member. I stay at hotels frequently. This hotel stay was dissapointing to say the least. I checked in around 5pm. The woman that assited me was incredibly rude. I was unaware of the $100 incidental fee. I scanned my card under the impression that it would just put my card on file. It charged it and declined. She had a smirk about it. I then had to transfer money so it would go through. I normally stay at the ramada in harrisburg and never have that issue. The room was not worth my $113 rate. Tv and room were outdated. I could have got a 2 bedroom suite at the ramada for less if not the same price! The pool and hot tub were better than the ramada and the breakfast. I still would have rather stayed at the ramada. Where i wiuld have received the best bang for my buck and impeccable customer service. Im just glad check out was noon because i needed the extra sleep. Will NOT waste my money and stay again!

Beautiful place

This was a mediocre facility, not truly bad but not more than low average. Fortunately I was alone but most of my time was spent at a locale sporting event. For a place to crash after going to events it is adequate, but I would not recommend it to friends and family as anything other than a place to crash after a long day of activities.

Room hot as hell, AC wouldnt work so i clicked it off after 2hot days, then it started coming on. WiFi didnt work, toilet seat very loose, elevator slow & to shaky at end, DoNotDisturb sign wont even stay on door, tv SUCKED!!old & volume to low. Just a horrible stay, and an apology without a credit should only be sent written on toilet paper. Thank you.
