Upon exiting 7th floor elevators, there were dirty plates stacked up in the hall floor against the wall. Today, upon checkout at 7:00am, there were still there. Who would do that and why didn’t staff do a cleanliness walk-through every couple of hours? My boyfriend lost the bet that it wouldn’t be clean by checkout.

The staff was not as friendly as I would have liked. My room did not get cleaned. I had to go down to the lobby to request it be cleaned because no one ever answered the phone. The bathroom had no shampoo or body wash and I had to unplug the lamp to plug in the fridge. Overall not a great experience.

The front foyer has been remodeled, the rest of the hotel has not. The employees are so kind. There is a $75 charge to check in early. The halls and rooms have a terrible mildew smell on the lower levels. If your room faces the pool, it is very loud. Original room had stains on sheets. You can drop your bags early and leave them after checkout wifhout a charge.
